Super helpful and friendly - the best customer service I’ve come across to be honest

I was entered into a 10k race and had to change do a different race next year. The communication I received was prompt, courteous and helpful and they changed my race without a problem. Very happy with the service I received

Only used them once so far just to book into a road race. Not aware of them before but everything was fine. Including a prompt and positive response to my email request to change my start time slot when I put the wrong time in!

This is the only company that can give…

This is the only company that can give you a warrantee when you lose your product that you purchased from them. A friend of mine purchased some child tickets and forgot with ones. When he contacted them to enquire, he got a good response from of of the teams. He was very impressed with the customer service.

Great customer service

I registered to attend the 10k race through Let's Do This and unfortunately it had to be cancelled due to Covid-19 outbreak. As I paid for my ticket in advance, I thought it's going to be problematic to get my money back. However, when I sent the email to inquire about it, my request was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The customer service team responded right away. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

Refund request

I requested a refund from Let’s do this, as I couldn’t participate in the event due to personal circumstances. They came back to me very quickly, and processed the refund!

Steph Ede and Sarah Jane Airey were fantastic at resolving booking issues incurred when I transferred my Blenheim races to the virtual race. I emailed last Friday afternoon and they responded and sorted very quickly. Brilliant service !! Thank you 😃

Excellent, fast and friendly customer service <3

I had bought 3 child tickets. Somehow the system had a glitch and lost one of my tickets. I emailed to ask about my ticket and Spoke to Steph, very warm and responsive customer service. I asked to upgrade the child ticket to an adult one and Steph was able to help me with everything including updating my T-shirt size and answer all my worries regarding the kitty race. Will definitely participate on the next events to come as well as support a good cause.
