Faulty product, no customer support

Brush broke after a short time of normal use, i wouldnt have been mad if they actually got back to me after i tried to get in touch about this. So not only was my product faulty, but the customer support doesnt exist.

Bad Customer Service and Smelly Product

I ordered a goat hair "exfoliating" facial brush directly from their website. When it arrived, it had a strong foul odor and the bristles were extremely soft, too soft to do any kind of exfoliating. I reached out to their customer support to initiate the return process. At first, Andre, the customer support representative, was responsive and emailed back and forth with me regarding the return. However, he eventually stopped responding to my emails and I cannot get a response after two weeks of waiting, even though I've sent multiple emails since then. I can't help but feel that they are intentionally preventing me from returning my item, despite the fact that it's unused and is eligible for a return. This is very frustrating because the order total was $30 and now I am stuck with this facial brush I do not want and no refund.
