Vare ankom ikke, penge hævet, butik besvarer ikke henvendelser

Bestilte en Fatboy Island (sækkestol) på Livingstyles.co.uk. Ordren gik fint igennem, jeg modtog bekræftende mail og pengene blev hævet efter et par dage. Men varen ankom ikke og ordren blev ved med at stå som "pending" under min konto på sitet. Da jeg gennem tre uger forgæves havde forsøgt at få kontakt - via mail, online kontaktformular og det på sitet oplyste telefonnummer - opgav jeg og overgav sagen til min bank, der nu har pudset PBS på dem.
