Tried to book parking at Luton airport. 5 times the app told me my credit card details were incorrect and it wasn't. Gave up and my card wasn't authorised.
Booked elsewhere but when checking they had taken the money with no authorisation!! No contact and ignored my emails.
My cc company have had to cancel my card as Looking4 parking still have my cc details and could use it for fraud!!

Disgraceful service
I booked a parking, fast track security and escape lounge package. In recent weeks my mum has been put on an end of life pathway and was not expected to last more than a few days.. In which case we woukd have still taken our holiday. On bank holiday Monday and because mum is still fighting, we made the decision to cancel our holiday. I emailed customer services on Monday evening but because the office only opens at 9am they are saying I am 5 hours outside the 72 hours cancellation terms. Despite explaining the circumstances they show no compassion. Disgusting customer service as had I booked each element individually I would have been able to cancel. I will never use this company again

Used this company and they had used my car 30 miles had been reduced from the time I had taken off and the time I had landed back in London. Was away for 10 days. Where did the car go for 30 miles? They use the car whilst you are away. do not use.
I emailed them 2 weeks ago and I have had no reply back from them showing proof with pictures of the day I left the miles left in the tank from the time I had landed and the difference. Extremely weird.
Looking4 incompetence caused penalty notices to be issued
I booked parking in Southampton for a cruise through Looking4 for 2 vehicles for 19 days. During this period I received 4 parking tickets for £60 each for one vehicle. The other did not receive a single penalty charge. I appealed this through POPLA who rejected my appeal and I had to pay £100 per ticket. Looking4 refused to help and kept referring to their conditions. After having to contact numerous other parties and spending many hours finally Red Funnel the car park owners conducted an enquiry and I received an email from Looking4 stating "we have discovered that there was a technical issue with the booking report sent to the car park and as a result they had an incorrect vehicle registration plate logged against your reservation. This in turn meant that any automated number plate recognition software onsite would not have registered your actual vehicle as being pre authorised to be onsite." I am now going to receive my refund without compensation nor interest for the £400 even though they could have conducted this enquiry at the start which would have cancelled the penalty notice immediately. This process has taken 3 months. To top it when I submitted a review they did not publish anything other than the word "Fine" referring to my comment on how I found the booking procedure. Be careful if you use them and get any penalty notices as they will just "bat you away". Customer "service" is appalling and is an obstruction not a service.

Worst airport car parking experience we have ever had. We Booked through Looking4parking, was booked in for 12pm called at 11am to let them know we were stuck in traffic and wouldn’t be arriving around 13.30pm
And advised we would give them 30 mins notice, called at 13.00 with 30 mins notice to then get a call 20 minutes later saying we are late and they will be charging £20 for a late fee, when the driver picked up the car refused to take it until the “late charge” was paid, the driver asked for cash. I spoke with the office which turned out to be a company called Star Parking all they kept saying was it is in their T&C’s which I didn’t have only the Looking4parking T&C’s. The fee of £6 on entry and exit was actually £7.50. After already being stuck in traffic we were worried about missing our flight so this was a very stressful experience. Emailed customer service and still have not heard back, no contact number. Would bling recommend this company to my worst enemy. Left a 1 star review on feefo to have most of it deleted and then to put it as 3 Stars. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Wanted to amend a booking a few days before the 72 hr deadline. I was told I couldn't and that ad to cancel and rebook (for a higher price obviously). Sent emails, spoke on live chat, was told that they are changing platform and couldn't amend booking at the time. Made a complaint, was told they followed their policy. Escalated complaint and the "manager" said that continuing the discussion wouldn't be good for me. Something has to be done to what happens here. SCAMMERS You're are lucky i'm not from manchester otherwise I would turn up at your "office".

So this company send you a link to leave a review on FeeFo who they pay to manage their reviews. I left a negative review only for 99% to be deleted by FeeFo and only one line left complaining about additonal fees. Looking4Parking then responded to the review telling me I was wrong and I have no means to respond to this. Their website says there is a £3 fee to leave the car park at Liverpool Airport (using the meet and greet service) and it is actually £6 each time. The number the provide to call to arrange collection and drop off also didn't work. Seems they are happy to ask for reviews but then FeeFo choose not to publish it.
