System problems n slow response from customer service

I won a raffle on a sneaker but system problems and end up I can’t make the payment. At the end, my won sneaker expired so my won sneaker gone, the response from customer service is very slow.

Good but you shouldn't have left BA avios reward system. Now no incentive to shop with you. Would rather use Mytheresa, Net-a-porter, Matches etc etc. I'm sure a few other customers may be feeling the same way which a shame because never had any hassles with Luisaviaroma

my rating would be higher only the last several times i've tried to use my credit it would not allow me too first it was no sale items then it was no promotional items and last time i was not spending enough money to use it ????
