I have been a user of Power Tools since AOL's Homework for Kids. Approximately 1996 and have always found their support to be top-notched. It's a great program and I give it my total endorsement. Try it, you'll like it.

As stated in title, I'm a bit of a sceptic when it comes to "fix all" software. I have worked with computers for 47 years. Not since "Q-DOS" Have I found such an incredible product. 1st a brand-new laptop less than 24 hours old with issues. After jv16, it ran like a new computer should. I have a 2 year old laptop at home that qualified for Windows 11. I tried for over a month to get the download and installation to work properly. After jv16. I woke the next morning to the laptop asking when it could finish the installation. I am a true believer in jv16. And sincerely thank Macecraft Software for this product. I will recommend this to everyone. You will not be sorry for having this utility to use.

I bought a computer program just to clean up my rig and make uninstalling a bit easier, I looked around and asked other professionals in the business and one had an experience with JV16 Powers Tools, a program from Macecraft. I looked them up on the internet and I found them, and I also found they had a fully functional trial, not where some things work but the premium tools are reserved for when you buy it. This was fully functional. That in itself told me they weren't afraid for a knowledgeable enthusiast to try the whole package. I was truly taken back by what I found for an absolutely fairly priced program. The first thing I did was uninstall a few programs as I had just updated to Windows 11 Pro and didn't use them anymore. This program found logs and other data that the actual program's uninstaller left behind. I am one of those untrusting individuals that like to clean my cache and the websites I visited every day. This program was amazingly accurate at deleting all the information that Google like us to leave behind for their sales-directed e-mails. I could most probably go on for another hour at what's in this program but why don't you try it for yourself, the program has a generous free trial. I have been in this business for many years, this JV16 Power Tools is the complete package. You have nothing to lose, you can only gain. Give it a shot, I hope your experience is as good as mine because even if you only use half the tools in the package. Its worth the price.

Having grown with evovling editions of jv16 during 15+ years, while comparing with similar software, I've long ago decided to stick with jv16 only.
There a few items jv16 could not handle, eg disk errors (for which Windows anyway has its own tool), but using jv16 regularly has probably saved me a lot of headache.

Yes, very good job done by the Jv16 Powertools Team. I just made one friend of mine Amund Garfors to buy one Lifte time lisence from yours. I did installed the demo few weeks ago and today I was at him to make the payment. And then I upgrade the Powertools to the last license version.
Thank's a lot for a super good job at windows platforms WIN 7 and 10. I am most impressed by all the nice tools, to take away suspisious files and junk.
And that we can make an faster up-link to internet too. Soon we can take it to the moon. ;)

I have been using JV16 powertools for over a decade.
When I had a problem contact with tech services was quick and easy. The newer iterations of the product have improved its speed and safety. I always set a restore point before cleaning, but I have never had to use it to fix a problem.
Overall a good program that is easy to use.
jv16 PowerTools is a very helpfull tool for my daily work on PC. The support for the product is competent, responsive and helpfull.
I have used JV16 Power Tools for several years with no problems, it does an excellent job. I would reccomend it to anyone who wishes to keep Windows healthy and uncluttered.
I had been using free versions of the software for years and was very pleased with the results. It does a great job cleaning unnecessary stuff from the system without problems. Anyway I took the plunge bought the lifetime license for 5 machines and has been working flawlessly. The product support is fantastic 👏

I have been a long time user since 2009 of jv16 Power tools and even a longer user of Reg cleaner (before jv16 power tools) that they made. The company has been wonderful to deal with and answered my questions on there jv16 power tools.
I had an old lifetime license which they updated for me with step by step directions on how to do it at no charge to me.
This is a wonderful company to deal with. Plus this is a must have utility for windows user.
I've been using Macecraft for almost 18 years and wouldn't be without it. The lasest window that opens ,once you get used to it, is very easy to use and fairly quick about scanning and highlighting what you need
if you have browser internet problems this tool will sort it out quick although i dont rely on one program i also use glary utitlies and r clean and wipe as well to clean stuff from my pc
I was using other cleaning programs and found this one only the other day. WOW! This tool does wonders to my Internet connection. And only cleans the basics of the registry. No need to use any other programs. I have used Kerish Doctor (too harsh) Ccleaner (not bad), Win.tools.net (digs in too deep) and PrivaZer (need to be careful). Never going back to any of these.
I have used jv16 PowerTools for more that 10 years and the program has served me well, and i would not like to be without it to clean my Computers.
