Bad experience

I am extremely disappointed with Magicfit Shapewear. I order a V Shape Chin Slimming Face Lifter which is listed under Surgery Recovery Shapewear. It arrived on time. Was packaged cheaply like it had come from China and is certainly not a medical grade compression garment. It is cheaply made. Does not fit properly, hence its too big around the neck and too small around the head. I tried emailing them twice, no response. I tried on their chat line. No response. I cannot return it as it was reduced in cost. (I wonder why?). I bought a similar item from Temu for $7.95 as it is exactly the same. I do not recommend you buy from Magicfit.
