Clean, perfect location, peaceful, pristine private swimming pool.
We loved our stay with Mallorca Farmhouses. The team were friendly and quick to respond with the few queries we had. Their local first-hand knowledge of the island was most helpful.

There were quite a few issues related to Corona that all were solved in a constructive way by M. Farmhouses. The other kinds of interactions were easy going and constructive as well.

Having stayed at two beautiful villas previously, with the company, needs must and we chose this smaller villa. A disappointing decision. The pool was in an awful state for the first day, not having been cleaned. We couldn’t lock the inner front door. Sitting on the loo was akin to a ski slalom. The garden had not been maintained and it was not made clear that this villa is 100 feet from a busy main road. Having to request pool and garden maintenance, is not good enough. Overall? Not good enough.

September should have been our fourth holiday in a villa with Mallorca Farmhouses. The previous three have all been excellent. Unfortunately Covid-19 has changed everything. In August MF insisted on full payment, as per their normal terms & conditions, even though it was likely we would not be able to go. (Our insurance is invalid if we travel against Foreign Office advice). Two days before we were due to travel we cancelled (as advised by our insurers). MF offered a voucher, which as it could be worthless if MF collapses, we declined. The only refunds they offered were the Government Tax and Welcome Pack charges. This left us with a large claim to our insurers. Did MF have to pay the full charge to the villa owner, and the full charge for two weeks car hire, even though we did not use them? I feel disappointed that MF were unable to accept even some of the financial liability in these very exceptional circumstances.

Excellent service and a really nice villa. We had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to recommend Mallorca Farmhouses.

Even there was Corona pandemic, Mallorca Farmhouses kept us informed and was ready to help us in any question.

Always excellent, with easy booking and attentive staff. Whenever there has been a problem once we are in the resort it has been sorted with speed and we will definitely be booking with them again. Thank you.

Really enjoyed our stay at Cati. Very clean, enough towels and all the kitchen equipment and cooking utensils we needed.

Cleaners came in once during our stay as promised.

Fantastic being so close to the beach and the shared pool and easy to get around the town.

We did a couple of trips away from Cala D’or and the bus stop is literally a minute away.

One minor thing (which had no impact on the holiday) is that the shower in the bathroom by the front door was weak and the head did not stay up high enough. Wasn’t much of a problem as the shower in the other bathroom was fine.

I’d definitely recommend staying there.

We enjoyed a wonderful time at beautiful Es Castell. This is a lovely property; The house is airy and spacey, very well and sufficiently equipped with everything you need, several eating places around the house, also to admire the beautiful scenery and stunning sunsets. The grounds around the house are so beautiful - so exciting for kids to explore. We loved the site and hopefully we will be back next year!

We enjoyed our week in a very comfortable villa which we booked through Mallorca Farmhouses. The description of the villa was accurate, and when we encountered a minor problem with a gate lock it was quickly attended to. Communication was fast and efficient. Highly recommended.

Our third time using Mallorca Farmhouses and as always professional and personal at the same time. The description and detail of each property we have visited has always been a good assessment . We look forward to booking again in 2020 with Mallorca Farmhouses as soon as we get home !!

We turned to Majorca Farmhouses for help when our planned accommodation fell through at the last minute. We have travelled with them before and know that their accommodation is good quality. They came to our rescue just 48 hours before we were due to travel with a 2 centre package that was superb in every respect.
Without question we will go back to them for our next visit to this beautiful island.

- shower heads needs to be fixed
- Strong smell on arrival (after airing better)

We would go back anytime
