Alison looked after us again, she is always so helpful, friendly and brilliant. As a family, since about 2012, we have gone to Alison for our jewellery requirements - engagement, wedding, alterations or annual insurance assessments. Her service and knowledge is exceptional.

Went into Marlows last week to get my engagement ring cleaned, checked and resized. There customer service was excellent I only had to leave my ring for 2 hours then I went back to collect it and it was all done. Thank you so much to Sara and all the team 😊

A great experience as it was many years ago when buying wedding rings. This time was for an engagement ring & the service Marianne was fun but professional, giving good advice at the same time as listening to my wife’s preference on each style. Many thanks 👌

We had a really positive experience at our visit where originally we just wanted a repair to a wedding band and infinity ring but also sought advice on upgrading an engagement ring both in size and shape/cut. Kay was amazing and really looked after us giving us genuine and honest advice and offering a lot of different solutions and courses of action. Because of Kay we left happy and with the perfect upgraded ring of my dreams. Thanks x
