Football was delivered on time
Football was delivered on time, and at the quality I expected. It was a freestyle football that was a bit too rough compared to more expensive freestyle balls but for the price I can't complain. Definitely more grip to do tricks with than a regular ball, but can't do it barefoot coa of the roughness

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, ordered socks, the money was taken but the socks were not delivered. Had to email and chase to be told that the order had been cancelled because the item was out of stock. I enquired if they were available in the next size up and if not I needed a refund. No reply to my query on size,just a refund email sent. Felt very impersonal.

Poor Quality balls
We purchased mitre size 3 balls and have used them twice in training and the seem on 2 balls has split already. Will be looking for a refund

Took weeks to arrive
Took weeks to arrive, contacted yourself and told it got mixed up by a courier and would be sent that day via expressed delivery, waited 4 days and still nothing so contacted again and that's when the product got dispatched

I order from Mitre often for my son's football practice as well as his team equipments. Always handled with efficiency & prompt manor, even I had issue with DPD delivery, they resolved very quickly. Quality of the products are without question, always top products in my opinion.

Very very slow with processing returns and a full refund plus postage costs occured. Tracking information shows it has been returned. Returns pre-printed is was not correct.
