I purchased £100 worth of dresses only for the website to "conveniently" go down the next day with no means of contacting anyone what so ever. They've taken my money and that is. Thanks for NOTHING modhaus.
ordered on the 7th of december, no reply whatsoever and no delivery when i tried to email them NUMEROUS times. complete scam have contacted trading standards. BEWARE!
NEVER EVER EVER use Modhaus they will take your money and never have any intention of sending goods! When they find out you're aware of their deceit they will delete any correspondence between the two of you. Their website is fake and their pictures are not their own. It appears to have happened to so many people so please do not be conned by this site. Trading standards and the police have been informed by many others but please if you have any issues make sure you report this site so it can be closed once and for all!
Couldn't agree with a previous similar post more! I ordered a prom dress for my daughter in April. After three weeks, with the order tracking showing 'awaiting dispatch' - I attempted to chase it up. Numerous emails and letters later, having taken legal advice, I FINALLY get a reply. Apparently the package was delivered - although website still says 'awaiting dispatch'. No explanation, no apology, no customer service. If I could give no stars, I would. Wouldn't advise anyone to place an order.
Yes, the website looks great, however the item arrived and it was a cheap China replica...nothing like the picture on the website.
Sent the item back via their returns policy about 2 months ago and still haven't got my refund.
They never ever answer emails either.
