ever tried to ask Muddy Fox a question??? - they give you a whole list of default questions from their customer care site - and the general ones just send you back to the website for answers - but if your question is not on there then there is no way of contacting them - even an email to customer care defaults to the same gridlocked list - NOT IMPRESSED!
Unacceptable
Poor quality but the biggest issue is being ignored by Customer Services for 2 months (so far) despite an automated message giving me a case number and advising I will get a response in 1-3 days. I recalled this being a good brand from my childhood; I wish I had researched what had happened to the company since.
No bike after 3 weeks no reply from muddy fox
I ordered a bike as a present the website said it would take 5 days and money was taken out of my account after two. 3 weeks later the bike hadn’t arrived. The only way to contact MuddyFox is using a form in the website. I contacted them 5 times over 3 weeks. They never replied once! I found that they were part of sports direct so used their customer support twitter feed. I was refunded. Luckily I was able to get a bike elsewhere in time. I’d genuinely never use muddy fox again and woulld warn others agaisnt them. Disgraceful to take £300 pound orders and not to be contactable.

I have now bought three things from Sports Direct with this brand, all over a few years.
Gloves that I use for cycling are ok and I am happy with. They are the oldest item I bought of this brand.
Then I bought a lock for the bike and sunglasses for riding.
The lock never worked; from day one of use, it won't lock .Rubbish
The sunglasses come apart all the time; you stick your hand in the pocket to reach them, take them out and put them on and you will need to park your bike, assembled the bloody thing and then you can use it...for the day.
I could not recommend less this brand; an absolute disaster

Placed order for next day delivery
Owned by Sports Direct. I placed an order for next day delivery and it still hasn't turned up the next day. No confirmation of order until i chased it either. No contact number available. Very poor service.
Can't review the bike I bought because I haven't received it
I bought a bike and two helmets from Muddy Fox on May 5th. The helmets arrived the next day but the bike has yet to materialise.
If it ever gets to me, I will update this review accordingly. The helmets are absolutely fine.
My poor star rating is due to the company's nominated courier. They sent my packages out to me via Yodel, a company I never use out of choice. If I had known they used Yodel, I'm afraid I would have bought my goods elsewhere.
I explained to Muddy Fox's customer services what had happened and they offered me a £7 gift voucher as compensation, because (quoted from the email): "Unfortunately we are not liable for the delay in transit regarding your express delivery."
I'm afraid £7 is hardly compensation for a £100 bike that has probably been nicked from the Yodel depot. Please change your courier, Yodel is letting you down.
