Absolutely adore the whole range of Neom products! We have at least one (ok maybe two or three) products in every room of our house. The smell... the quality... the way it makes us feel... just incredible!!

Love the smell but wicks are rubbish

Love the smell, beautiful packaging but the wicks let the candles down big time. Ive boughts many in store and online and the wicks dissapeare into the candles after hardly any time. Pity as my fav smell

Lovely to fall asleep to

Lovely to fall asleep to. I have the oil diffuser with a light in and now have it on the auto 1 hour function every night before I sleep. So nice to hear the gentle sound of the steam diffusing.

Do not order from Neom if you want delivery to Ireland

I would leave one star if I could. Absolutely terrible customer service. Waiting for a delivery to Ireland since Jan 17th. They cannot guarantee their courier company will deliver to Ireland but keep fobbing me off with 'we are hopeful it will arrive'. The item has been returned to the warehouse TWICE now and no one has been in touch with me. This was a birthday gift for my sister at a tough time and has brought nothing but disappointment and upset. Will never order from Neom again

Beautifully packaged gifts

Beautifully packaged candles. They make lovely gifts but I've also bought them for myself too. They have a lovely, long lasting scent. The hand balms also smell divine - I use the sleep one every night.

So disappointed

Beautifully packaged and boxed. But this three wicked candle burned no longer than five minutes before being extinguished from sitting in its own wax!! So disappointed as this was an expensive gift!!

Diffuser

Diffuser - This product smells lovely and would recommend in many ways apart from the way you have to shake the oil into the diffuser, its difficult not to get it on your hands. A simple design using a pipet would be a better. otherwise its lovely

Neom well-being pod came with the…

Neom well-being pod came without the adaptor but when I rang to ask why they said they would never do this and it was unheard of. I didn’t have the box anymore because I didn’t realise it needed to have a charger seeing as one wasn’t in the box.
Seeing as they have no chargers in stock, it seems very believable that they would have created the box without one.

I assumed it was battery. They said they couldn’t send me a charger as they weren’t in stock so now I have a pod that can’t be used. Really disappointing service for an established company.

I have tried many types of well-being products in my life and I honestly think NEOM are the best out there!
Just adore everything they do. Even the gift boxes are lovely and sturdy. Currently using a lot well-being fragrance in lockdown. Love all three fragrances of the perfume spritz so much that have bought all three as a result of taken advantage of a good sale.

Poor customer service policies

I was given a Neom Wellness Pod for my birthday in October and liked it so much I ordered 3 to give to family as Christmas presents. There were 2 problems, firstly my parcel only contained 2 pods and secondly one of the pods didn’t work due to a faulty power cable. Customer Services responded promptly to my emails, were polite & courteous, and the items were replaced, but the forensic way I was questioned and asked to send several photos and videos left me with the distinct impression that I was not being believed or trusted. I don’t think I will be ordering from them again

Not worth the money

I have the neom diffuser which I love, but for £100 it really doesn't hold enough water to last long, it needs better features. You can buy one on amazon for £20 that does the same thing. Forever filling it up and switching it back on. Also I received a few of their candles for Christmas. They burn SO quickly! Already have burned through one since Christmas day and Ive lit it three times. Really disappointed as it feels like such a luxury self care brand, but it's really not worth the over priced products.
