Lovely products but I’m so shocked by the packaging! I was charged a flat fee for delivery for a travel size product... the box was so HUGE and filled with so much stuffing, completely unnecessary and I’m really disappointed how they can charge you for this huge box but it literally could have been sent in a padded envelope... For a luxury brand you really should consider your impact on the environment. Please do get in touch with me, as I’d love to know the reason why.
Brilliant product and swiftly delivered.
I just adore Neom products as they all smell gorgeous, all their fragrances are fresh and relaxing as they drift throughout the house. My daughter bought me the Neom Wellbeing Pod and I'm thrilled with it, it's certainly been the topic of conversation with visitors to our home.
All Neom product are superb quality, I know they are expensive but they're worth every penny.
Easy to order but did take longer than I thought to be dispatched. Had to contact the customer services team to check. They were very helpful and it did arrive on time in the end.

The porcelain burner is aesthetically pleasing, especially with the use of the soft lights.

One of the worst customer service teams. Parcels still not arrived after 2 weeks. Customer service doesn’t seem to care.

After loving there products today I’m really disappointed at the service.
Waited longer than usual for product which is understandable in current times .
However for my full order not to be there was a disappointment .
I’m astonished by the packaging I had to go through to find the candle that wasn’t there .
I am upset as one of my favourite shops :-(.
Packaging way over the top and it’s everywere.
Ordered on 2nd December. They took the money straight away but have not even dispatched it yet. On emailing them I was told it takes 12 working days!!! Making it 18th December!! And to contact them after that if it hadn't arrived? Surely they shouldn't take the money till dispatched? And no emails explaining any delays? Communication is poor. Wont be ordering again.
The wellness pods arrived beautifully packaged and just as I expected. This was my first order from NEOM and I have since ordered more for Christmas presents.
Purchased from NEOM many time snow since I received a present a couple of years ago. The products are first class, delivery is very prompt and well packaged. They have offers throughout the year so well worth looking of for them.
The whole family loves our well-being pod. We can’t wait to try new oils in it. ❤️
Absolutely fabulous products. Bought a diffuser and some oils. Easy to use, effective and the packaging itself is exquisite. A perfect gift not only for Christmas, but for anytime. A really professional Company from start to finish. I would highly recommend.
Good product and has been bought as a gift but giftee has used before and loved.
My issue is the environmental impact that NEOM is having due to its delivery packaging being 1) too unnecessarily big and 2) filled with too much stuffing. Considering this is a luxury brand, their carbon footprint should be looked at in much more depth.
The only reason this is not a 1 star is the product is perfect.

Fabulous customer service. Quickly and efficiently dealt with my request, with no quibble.
Delivery is incredibly slow. 9 days and still waiting for a small package that I paid £2.95 delivery for. A birthday gift I’m now not able to give on time. Very disappointing.
Amazing products, only found them a few months ago. The scent of the new day product range is amazing - definitely on my Christmas gift list this year. The more people that know about it the better...
