I've used newreg before with no problems, this time - same again superb service, had the plates etc within a week.

Disgusted after purchasing a number…
Disgusted after purchasing a number plate today that has been available for over a year, and completing finance and paying deposit and then sent confirmation by newreg that the deal was done to be told it has already been bought by someone else absolutely disgraceful.

This is the first time I have ever had…
This is the first time I have ever had a private registration plate, and I must say my experience was really good, everything went really smoothly and communication was great, I had my new plate in less than a week, highly recommended

Beware
So... I’m sure it’s buried in the small print but wasn’t obvious to me before buying that this company STILL OWN the number plate you purchase. You are just a nominee. They are on the V750 as purchaser. This is not the same as buying a plate from DVLA which you own. Would not have bought had I known this upfront........

We wouldn't refer to it as "buried" but the information appears in clause 5 of our terms and conditions:
"In the event that The Registration Mark is a previously 'Unissued Government Stock registration mark', our service and obligation are fully discharged by securing and acquiring The Registration Mark on behalf of The Purchaser; specifying the chosen nominee on the V750 Certificate of Entitlement."
You stated on your order form that you had read and agreed to our terms and conditions so we are sorry to hear this that this is not the case.
Please be assured that we have no interest in any of the numbers we have sold and that once you have assigned the number to your vehicle we leave the DVLA record for the number completely.

This was my second time using them and…
This was my second time using them and as with the first the service was fantastic. From purchase to completion was far quicker than I could have hoped for and I cannot recommend them enough.
I’ll definitely be using them again for any future requirements.

It was so easy to follow on the website and from purchase of the new registration to informing DVLC to receiving the new plates everything was smoothly done by New Reg.

The whole experience getting a new reg has been 1st class from start to finish did everything they said and very quick was a bit apprehstive about sending document but all was good brillliant would recommend new reg to all my friends and family thank you for a prompt service

The whole experience was quick and actually enjoyable! I had to use their help line a few times because I was buying the number plates as a gift for my husband. Everytime the staff was very polite and helpful even when I asked silly questions! lol

Great Service, really pleased
The plate was on a couple of sites and was cheaper with NewReg. The whole process went smoothly and I was really pleased with the service. I had to phone with a query which delayed it a bit but that was down to me having a personal plate already on the vehicle and having to get that on retention and wait for the V5 before I could sent the docs to NewReg. The two people I spoke to where polite and friendly and very helpful. Would definitely use again.
Excellent Service
I was nervous about getting a personalized number plate as I wasn't sure exactly what to do. I phoned their helpline and was talked through the process. I had them do the paperwork and make up my plates, and the all i had to do was send them my V5c and proof of address and they did everything for me. Throughout they kept me informed about the address to send my documents to, when they got my documents, when these were processed and when I could put the new plates on. I had my new plates on the car within 6 days. One of the easiest transactions I have ever made. I highly recommend New Reg.
