While Microsoft had made it all but impossible to do tenant to tenant migrations (companies never merge or split, right) then Kernel tools really made it with Teams 1:1 chat and Microsoft Planner migration where other migration tools that our migration partner company was using by default totally failed. Also support from Vikram was superb and much appreciated. Thank you!

Product did exactly what I needed, which was not easy to find. Licensing was quick and support was exceptional and way beyond the call of duty.

I've used their products for around 5 years now, once you figure out which one you need for your use case you won't be disappointed. I use both Office 365 Backup and Office 365 migration, it's reliable and "just works".

Kernel MBOX Converter is the best tool to convert MBOX file into PST, PDF etc. Support teams is good.

Support was very helpful when we were having issues getting the OST to PST software to work with MSG files. Vikram was very responsive and the live chat feature helped me quickly get help. I often have to open lengthy tickets with software companies and wait days for responses. But their team was quick to respond and even grant me access to other pieces of their software when the first didn't quite do what I needed.

This was a saviour for me. I was floundering all over the internet for a solution to my problem until I found mention of this on the Microsoft Community site. I was upgrading from Outlook 2013 and suddenly it starting asking for .ost passwords I had no memory of setting up, effectively locking me out. This program was able to delete the lost passwords and allow me to regain access my emails again. Thank you for saving me.
