I needed to migrate email from an old Exchange server to PSTs for importing into a new solution. I'd spent days fighting with expired SSL certificates, Exchange & Ad permissions, and incompatible TLS protocols. I reached out to Kernel Data Recovery after downloading a trial version of one of their products and it didn't work for me right out of the box.

Response was immediate (10 minutes?).

Instead of just helping me with the product I'd selected, they asked me what my overall requirements were. After telling them what I needed to do, they recommended using Exchange Backup & Recovery, and even jumped on a Zoom call to walk me through it.

Worked beautifully. 15 minutes later I'd purchased a license and was happily extracting mail.

My only complaint is about myself - I wish I'd contacted them sooner instead of fighting with an old arcane system.

Their support was great, and fast. We had everything fixed in about twenty minutes.

When I was trying to buy 2 of Nucleus' products, I had a few questions. In a chat on January 20, 2025, Debi Prasanna was patient, knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. She answered all of my questions and then confirmed the terms when I reiterated them to her. I had to go into another chat the next day, as I was trying to install the programs, and, as luck would have it, Debi was the one who answered my chat request. Again, she was a consummate professional, guiding me through the steps to correctly install the programs, most of which I had gotten correct, but in some places just needed a tiny adjustment. A couple of days later, as I was trying to install these same two programs on a second computer, I ran into a slightly different problem. In a chat for that problem, Vikram was just as patient, knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly as Debi had been. I had a new question, and Vikram quickly and concisely answered it. The only request he had of me was that, if I liked his help and service, I would please write a review on this site. I like the service that Debi and Vikram have given me; I like the products that their company has made; and I will gladly buy from Nucleus Technologies again, if they have a product that I need. Thank you.

This is great software! The Kernal video repair application fixed my corrupt video where all the others failed! Well worth the money!

Well, I've purchased a G Suite Backup from these guys. It kind of worked great but then choked up with large mailboxes. The advertised free support have tried to fix things but failed, promised to come back with a solution once, then later again but never fixed the app. Today I came across their app having a new version. Hooray, I thought. Maybe some things got fixed. Got in touch with these guys and they told me that my license was for 1 year and has already expired. The thing is that this was not mentioned anywhere when I was buying an app. Not even for NEW purchases NOW. It is NOT mentioned until you find out by accident. You have to chat to them and be told that this is what it is and they can sell you a new license. Maybe at a discount...

These guys churn out different flavours of apps for very specific tasks and when it works you are in luck, but when it does not then you are screwed.

Recovering information from corrupt PST

Aashutosh was amazing and very patient and answered all my question -- this product is very important for people with the misguided notion that Outlook is reliable with a yahoo/gmail IMAP or POP3 account -- so many things work against you to keep the PST/OST file pristine -- given it will get corrupt and you will lose data, this will be the tool you will want to consider using to recover your data and Aashutosh was very kind and professional and addressed all my questions!
