Great experience, from USA to South Africa it took about 3 business days! (With DHL) processing was done quick as well once the parcel reached their warehouse!

I got my order but a 29,99US$ sweater ended up costing 112€ thanks to them, don't use unless you absolutely have to. They might charge a lot to Buy for You and deliver to your country but they also won't handle customs and that might double the total cost.

The Delaware warehouse is only a mailing address, not a processing facility. All shipments are delayed by about 1 day because they must first be transferred from Delaware to the actual processing center in New Jersey. The problem is that they don’t inform customers about this in advance. Plus, there are no options for a fast delivery.

stay away from this company they will take all the money they can from you, before you do business with them first try to contact them, I called many times and they never picked up the phone, I bought items that were worth approximately 950 USD and originally they charged me 170 dollars and the products did not arrive to their destination and in order for the products to be returned to me I had to pay 260 USD more and then another 160 USD they made me pay 60% of the value of the products sent.

I successfully used Nybox's "Buy for me" service in 2025. Right after registration, I was able to easily request the purchase of my desired item, pay via PayPal, and within 24 hours they placed the order, which was great! It took a week for the package to arrive at the Nybox facility and be ready for processing, and there was no tracking available until then. Unfortunately, I only received a blurry photo of the parcel, not its contents. I was also unsure whether they would re-pack it or simply forward it as is. Customer support responded within minutes and was okay. I had to request repackaging, which took an additional 48 hours. Another day passed before it was shipped. I chose UPS, and it was delivered to Europe via UPS Worldwide Saver in just two days.
As for the prices, Nybox's services are very affordable. Overall, I have no complaints, except that I wish some processing steps were faster.

I’ve been using NYBox since January 2022 and I’ve been mostly satisfied with their service and by comparison (ForwardMe, Stackry and Ship7) they have the cheapest rates for personal shopper and shipping. They also a have a wider list of retailers that they can purchase from. The only reason I have not given them a 5 star is their response time to queries, it can be very slow sometimes/most of the times. The time it takes for them to act on buy for me requests is very inconsistent, so is the time it takes to consolidate packages. If you order multiple items from their buy for me service, it requires that you pay for each item individually even when the items are from the same store which is a nightmare when you need to be receiving OTPs for every instance.

First they do not carry out a boxs content checking whey you request to do it. Second, for argentina´s customs, there are certain requirements to be met on the invoice. I requested that twice and they still make the mistake. Lost more than 200 USD. not recommended at all.

I have shipped over 300 shipments through Nybox, everything is great.

Firstly we would like to Thank NyBox, we are a company based in South Africa and been looking for a reliable consolidation option in USA for a year until we came across an advert for NyBox. We have been using Nybox for the last 6 months and are totally blown away by their communication, customer service and courier options.

We are on the free sign up option and have had no hassles, even when they changed over premises to a bigger building (as we informed)

Not recommended, very bad service and late in shipping

I've been using NYBox services for forward shipping, from the US to Israel for a while. I found it to be one of the easiest procedures, I've ever experienced, with a company of that kind. Shipping rates are relatively good and the whole process is very efficient and easy. Their customer service is approachable and eager to help.

I'd seen a watch on a shopping channel in america, nybox, ordered it for me, the chat operator was very helpful in doing it for me. Sending to the uk, was easy, and the chat operator also helped me with that too. Heard of the other complaints about the company, but not from me, all was a good experience.

**SCAMMERS**

Keep your money and do not ship anything through Nybox. We ordered several items from Amazon and Nybox were supposed to ship them to Norway, but they kept everything. We never saw a thing.

I bought products from an American site that are not shipped to my country and I dealt with them and they were very excellent

.they work with Aramex which has many bad reviews and dont answer to mails.i asked nybox to return the package so i can choose other normal company but the are not willing just because Aramex told then its in transit despite the fact that they have not scanned it to their system.i have asked nybox to check with them when is the next flight but they just say its not their problem.who is responsible if your precious carrier does not answer to clients even after their packages are 5 days without scanning??!

Received only 3 out of 5 items and still no resolution after 2 weeks.

Your ability to work across teams and departments is a strength not everyone has. Keep up the good work.
