Very professional gentleman,very…

Very professional gentleman,very pleasant polite,and carried out work to high standards,explaining everything he was doing.Knows his job.
He also left everywhere clean and tidy after drilling afterwards.
Very pleased with work carried out,set up and clearly explained to me.

31 January 2015. Your BT Openreach Network engineer arrived promptly this morning. I only contacted Zen my Broadband supplier yesterday afternoon! Colin, from Saltash was very considerate, (removed his shoes without being asked!) pleasant and polite. He did an excellent job, keeping me well informed and was finished in no time. He ensured my telephone and broadband were working well before he left. Can’t speak too highly of him and if he is an example of your quality of staff you should be well pleased. Openreach upgraded my broadband to…

Openreach upgraded my broadband to fibre today. The engineer phoned ahead of time to advise me of his arrival time and check if we was ready, this gave me plenty of time to put my dogs out.
The engineer put on protective footwear covering to protect the flooring.
He was very perlite and understanding.
It was not going to be easy to get the box close to the power point but he fitted it in good time, and cleaned up as he went.

The engineer was very friendly.

The engineer was very friendly.
He advised what he would be doing, and duly went about his business, and apart from a few bits of expected drilling, you wouldn't have known he was around, other than when he said "It's all done.
He clearly done an excellent job, as the SKY engineer didn't take long to do his bit.
Would recommend.

Outreach from Openreach

After waiting for 8 days for an engineer to be appointed to replace a line taken down by the storm (not I stress the fault of Openreach but EE who wouldn’t listen).
The engineer appointed arrived the next day within the time frame allocated. He informed me of his arrival time earlier in the day and on arrival I pointed out to him where the line was down. He got on with the job and made sure my internet and telephone were working again before departing. After nine days I was up and running again.
Richard was polite, friendly and efficient, a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Openreach visit for repair of broadband.

The engineer that came to visit me was very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. Disabled and having the use of the void is essential.
He thoroughly checked the internal services, proving the fault was o/s my flat. He returned a short while later advising of corrosion in a distribution point in the riser cupboard. He replaced an RJ11 cable and the faceplate for the gigabit speeds. Many thanks to Asaad.

Bernard was superb

Bernard was superb. An excellent engineer and a nice guy. He did a brilliant job installing the optical cable and box into the cupboard. It looks super professional and works brilliantly. Give this man a raise!

A job well done

It’s not often I write back a review but on this occasion Ian because I had been having problems with my computer speed for guite a while.when BT Derek came through the door I felt good for the first time for ages he fix my speed inside my home and also found problems with the exchange box out side I am now getting a proper service,thank you derek for doing a great job

All 3 engineers that tried to correct…

All 3 engineers that tried to correct the fault where excellent and very professional
The problem appears to have been caused by your 3 party contractor, they had damaged the cable in the duct , damaged the copper connection on the pole and not made the box at the top of the pole watertight. All these were done when fitting fibre to the pole servicing my property
I am aware how difficult it is to find an intermittent fault so I don’t blame any of your engineers they could only fix what the found on the date they arrived

Very professional engineer

The engineer arrived at the time he said he would. A very pleasant and courteous individual. He got on with the job, ensuring that the work area was left as tidy as he found it. In fact he did a very neat installation.

Clearly a very competent , professional and experienced engineer!

At last BT has finally sent out a…

At last BT has finally sent out a senior engineer called Simon who has found 3 faults on my Broadband, one the main wire to the house was hanging on by a thread. All previous engineers kept telling me there was no fault on the line. Thank you Simon this has only taken the best part of a year to sort the issues out which has been frustrating and not giving me the service I have been paying for all this time. I am still awaiting a call from a BT manager that has been promised on a number of occasions ???

Reece came to our house to set up Sky…

Reece came to our house to set up Sky Broardband Full Fibre 150. On arrival he introduced himself and explained exactly what and why he was going to do during the installation. He was polite, courteous and professional during his visit. He immediately started the installation and adopted a 'clean as you go' policy as he went along. On completion of the work he thoroughly checked that the installation was working exactly how it was intendended to work.

I have dealing with Internet issues for…

I have dealing with Internet issues for nearly a month and a half, Openreach engineer James came to fix the issue and he did so!

James was very friendly and explained what the issue was and how he was going to fix it, he was very professional and a keen worker.

Very grateful for his help.

My open reach engineer Jake,was polite,courteous,helpful and very informative.rang when he was 10 minutes away,got my broadband sorted in 15 minutes.dont often leave reviews but Jake deserves a good 1,more than happy with the service provided.

Your Engineer was fantastic but openreach is appalling !but…

Your Engineer was fantastic but communication as a company stinks. 8 days without broadband for something that was fixed by 2 competent engineers in 2 hours! Initial engineer, Andy Jones, turned up, allegedly, and couldn't even ring the doorbell! That was another wasted morning off work! His mobile, to this day, goes straight to voicemail. Help for a Vulnerable customer

This was to deal with an issue at my father’s property and he suffers with dementia, so I briefed both guys outside as my dad was going to be interested in what they were up to etc.

They treated him with great respect and kept me updated all the way through. I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received

Terrible service from start to finish

Terrible service from start to finish. They were supposedly to install fibre into the property with an ONT box but instead decided to put it through the line in the flat above, losing my neighbour his phone number in the process. Several clueless engineer visits and 2 that didn't show up and its still not sorted! They also damaged neighbours property by drilling somewhere they didn't need to and sent copper engineers instead of fibre . It is still not sorted 3 months on

I'd advise at this point to raise escalation with your communications provider. They have routes to flag the failure and ensure that this is rectified urgently for you.

Pleased with the engineer but less impressed by BT

Delighted and impressed by Iain the engineer
Not so impressed with BT initially - the fault was reported on 25th Jan and I was told it would be repaired by 27th but nothing happened. I had to phone again on 29th and it was then the engineer was booked
Am I due any compensation as my service was down for 6 days?

Louis was very helpful and polite

Louis was very helpful and polite. He explained exactly what the problem was and what he had done to rectify the issue. This kind of feedback from an engineer is just what customers need as you are not aware of what is happening especially when you rely on the internet for your work. Thank you Louis.
