Fantastic service
Received a fantastic service from Steph and her amazing team throughout the whole sale process. As the property was empty and we didn’t live locally, they kindly made regular visits to make sure everything was ok. On two occasions during the winter they discovered problems (a water leak and a gas leak) and both times went above and beyond to sort the issues out quickly with support from their local network. I would recommend Our House to anyone who values exceptional customer service. I really don’t know what we would have done without them.

The whole team and especially Lisa are proactive, friendly and excellent at communication.
The were in regular contact with all parties in our chain and kept all of us up to date not just their own client.
Quick responses to emails and calls, nothing is too much to ask for.
