The first interaction was a year ago when I tried to confirm the compatibility of a digital pen and a tablet. Whoever wrote the listing to made a mistake but to return it they still wanted me to pay shipping and do all the leg work. The second was when I tried again, this time I emailed and double checked and emailed directly. They told me it had gone missing in the post because I had written the address incorrectly and told me I had put Lérida instead of Lleida, I double checked the confirmation of order email and the address had been entered correctly. Why lie? So easy to check. Don't order from here.

Outlet PC offered the Nilfisk C140 Core pressure washer at a good price and delivered on time (unlike Amazon Prime, who have let us down a couple of times over the last year)

Good prices but they are sneaky with clothing especially if a brand is not specified. Often it will not be what is in the picture, i brought my wife a sports jacket, pictured was beige in a 4 button tailored style. The one that turned up was one button unshaped typical cheap Chinese crap. Sure they issued a refund but it took a short while as they didn’t want to pay for the return ( not worth it) , they tried the what about 50% discount but seriously it was not worth the 8,50. They do respond but be warned not everything is what it appears to be. Other countries sites might operate more honestly but the Spanish site operates on the typical Spanish mode, be prepared for something else to arrive.

It was shipped and delivered fast, the computer was on a perfect condition and is working perfectly as it should.
And also the price was really a perfect deal.

Bought a heavily discounted external monitor - 35pct off vs. normal online retail. Came a week later, shipped from Spain, packaged very well (3 layers of bubble wrap), the product is perfect (the box has descriptions in cirillic, so i guess this was a product originally intended for Russia - but other than the box, everything else was in English). Good experience.

I do not blame your store’s service which was absolutely wonderful. However, I really think you should change your delivery partner. The delivery man rang at my door, and just dropped the 1000€ parcel on the ground and left. He didn’t check that I was home, he didn’t wait for me to answer. Luckily I was home and could catch the parcel before it was stolen.

Delivery within 2 days, all items well packed to protect contents. Food items which are nearly out of date are shown clearly in the description.

Unfortunately this company doesn't even deserve one star. Only the shipping worked relatively smoothly. But then you were left completely alone with the problems (BIOS, hard drive). Inquiries were answered in a language that was foreign to me. Unfortunately, I trusted a good friend and decided on Outlet PC. That was a mistake. A costly mistake. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

Lamentablemente esta empresa no merece ni una estrella. Sólo el envío funcionó relativamente bien. Pero luego te quedaste completamente solo con los problemas (BIOS, disco duro). Las consultas fueron respondidas en un idioma que me era extraño. Desafortunadamente, confié en un buen amigo y me decidí por Outlet PC. Eso fue un error. Un error costoso. NUNCA MÁS !!!!!

A good company, well known products at a great price, easy ordering and follow up and fast delivery, excellent.

My refurbished monitor came in time and was in good condition,
The package missed a usb c video cable (supposed to come with the monitor), I contacted the customer support and got 20 euro refund for the missing cable which can buy me a similar one.
The customer support answered me in less than an hour.

I think a good customer support is always nice to have, satisfied so far

The original price of the Tefal cookware set was approximately 140-180€ on different websites, but I paid only 75€ with the cargo here. Thanks for this nice opportunity. Although the set was a refurbished one, there was no defect in the pots and pans I bought.
