It’s a pretty good
The products were good, but I think they were a little overpriced and there was a lot of confusion in the shipping. I put my country in as Australia when I put in all my other details but then it turned back to the UK, which took awhile to work out and change it back. Hopefully the shipping won’t be too long. Other than that it’s pretty good!

The confusion about the shipping cost came from the fact that you are based in Australia, but entered the delivery country as the UK.
I have checked and you put the UK as a country of residence when you created the account but the rest of the address was in Australia NSW.
If the correct country was entered during the checkout process you would have been given the correct shipping cost.
The order has been shipped and I hope you and your parrot will enjoy the products.

First class service
I contacted this company for advice on hand rearing a lovebird that was rejected by it's parents.
I received an immediate response with helpful, caring advice and suggestions, especially from Anguel. I later purchased bird food fro the site which was delivered very quickly, the site itself was easy to navigate, payment process straight forward and Anguel even contacted me re an update on the progress of our baby bird, thankfully he continues to thrive and is growing well.
I cannot praise this company high enough, absolutely perfect in every way.
