I have ordered custom made embroidered patches from Patches4Less several times. Each time I received my proof within hours, and they have ALWAYS been correct the first time. My patches usually arrive in just over two weeks and are absolutely excellent quality. They are not the lowest price embroidery company, but they are the best.

I ordered some custom patches for our nonprofit organization. We had a basic design idea in mind, based on a photo, but didn’t know how to turn it into a patch design. We shouldn’t have worried-the designers at Patches 4 Less turned our idea into something better than we ever imagined. We placed an order and we received the patches in 2 weeks. We found the prices very reasonable and we are very happy with the quality of the product. Outstanding customer service, free shipping and free design services - I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

I ordered custom iron-on patches for my band. The ordering and review/approval process was smooth. When the patches arrived, I was blown away by how well they were made. I tested one the patches on a old hat. It was easy to iron the patch on and it looked great.

Quality is good customer service and orders are the worst. I ordered two patches. They did one and in that mix up sent me one order without the Velcro. So I ordered the second one and was ticked off they messed up and hit the wrong bottom and did iron on instead of Velcro I can admit to my mistake. They won’t. They will redo the order at full cost for there mistake. So I’ll be doing a YouTube video on the service I’ve received from them. Thai isn’t how you treat clients.

As always and year after year, these guys knock it out of the park making the patches I order for our Soccer League!! I recommend them every time someone asks where I get our patches!

This website had trouble processing my order on a desktop platform and on my MacBook, I was able to use an iPhone to complete my patch purchase. Other than the website crashing on all my devices other than my phone, they made it very easy to order custom patches in a timely fashion. (The desktop crash was on google, and MacBook crash was on safari)

Their website states 100% customer satisfaction which is a complete lie. The patches we received did not match the "proof". After contacting them, they stated they cannot match the proof to the finished product and they wouldnt remake our order or provide a refund. What's the point of a proof??? Crooks!

Horrible customer service. Total thieves that will not refund even if it is there mistake. If you are even considering ordering from them I am begging you not to. One of the most unprofessional and fraudulent businesses I have ever worked with.
