Would not hesitate on using this…

Would not hesitate on using this company. There literally is no downside to it. Was seamless, was able to get the product I needed within a day. Love that they have an app that actually works, let's you change the banking info to credit card. 5 out of 5, highly recommended.

On January 21st

On January 21st, I passed an order that was partially canceled by the merchant. I contacted paybright in February before the last two scheduled withdrawal in order to advise them, and the agent I spoke with confirmed that it would be adjusted and that I wouldn't be charged for the canceled items. Since then, I have been going back and forth between Foot locker and Paybright in order to get reimbursed and to get the payment to stop in my account. I am still being deducted to this day. I have contacted the merchant, and they explained that everything was canceled on their side and that paybright are the one I should contact. This has been going on for months, I am still waiting for a callback from a supervisor, and nobody seems to be willing to help. I am appalled by the lack of sympathy shown by the agent I have spoken to and the little help offered. I need this resolved ASAP, please help.
