I have been with the joke of a company for 2 months and have not received a single payment that I have taken using their machines
They are now saying that they “can’t find” my payments and are passing me from person to person chasing my money over 20 emails and several phone calls and still no money
STAY WELL AWAY there are plenty of other more professional companies out there and at least that way you will get your money

Please do not use this company as they tie you into long contracts with no compassion whatsoever despite all that's going on. We had to close due to Lockdown in March and subsequently have now had to fully close down and being a sole trader said I have to pay the remaining 4 years left on the contract which i cannot really afford but cannot take the chance of debt collectors.

Darren Brunt has gone above and beyond…

Darren Brunt has gone above and beyond from setting up initially and following up to make sure I was happy.
More recently I had a problem with the terminal on a Friday afternoon..he kept in touch over the weekend and had it resolved by 1st thing Monday morning

Worst experience with a card company

Paymentsense is a dam fraud company be aware don't sign any contract with them lot of hidden charges and long long contract singed as hidden they are really completely fraud I never signed an contract for 5 years it was agreed for 1 year only with one of marketing Representative and after that his email and phone is disable no reply any more waste a lot money and time shame.

Very helpful

Very helpful, painless transition. The sales rep Stephen H, went above and beyond to make process seamless. We had originally signed up with another company (RMS) that moved the goal posts. Stephen sorted all the issues, helped with getting us sorted and was helpful up to the install and after. Great service.

Just had 2 new card machines from…

Just had 2 new card machines from payment sense. The process was drawn out due to the way our business set up, this wasn't payment senses' fault, but Mark helped us all way to the end including setting up our machines. Very happy now as we should paying a lot less money, for more up to date machines with 24/7 support and know if we have any problems we can contact Mark. Would recommend.

missing receipts

Queried why a number of cc payments, for which I have receipts not credited to my bank account. Paymentsence not at all interested in resolving this issue. Just one email reply informing me I was having difficulty reconciling my account because my banking window might have resulted in a late payment - not the case, I know how to reconcile. Subsequent emails asking for the missing payments to be investigated ignored. I am still without a resolution for these receipts and Paymentsense are it seems, entirely uninterested in resolving this matter.
Matter resolved, and in fact the error was mine, as became clear when Paymentsense responded - thank-you trust pilot.

Quality Service

Excellent service provided by paymentsense. Will definitely recommend this company. Andy provided us with card terminals and done a great rate for all card transactions.
We can now accept American Express too which a l or of customers find useful if having to pay large sums. Linking to MAM was also useful.

Exceptional & Professional Service

We were introduced to Andy through a good friend of ours. I must say the service was second to none. He done us a fantastic rate on all card transactions and installed the card terminals very quickly given the current circumstances with covid-19.

Additionally, Andy was able to link our terminals to the garage software that we use which is very helpful as it prevents any mistakes etc with typing in the amount and saves you time. This is a great benefit which paymentsense offer.

Not very happy with the service…

Not very happy with the service received by payment sense customer service very slow and not very helpful when need it I have called few times to get answer for issue that I have. But have to call and re-call to get what is need it 1 star all I can give.

Having been taken advantage of by my…

Having been taken advantage of by my last provider, and having had dubious quotes and misleading advice from others, it was refreshing to finally have a card services supplier who not only could save me money but whom I could trust.
Furthermore the support and back up ive received has been first class.
I cannot recommend more highly Andrew Kent from Paymentsense .

Worst experience with a card company.

Worst experience with a card company. This clown called Farrakh was supposed come and see me 3 months ago. Still waiting. I have now got take payments to supply the machines and your stuff is boxed. They are picking up the cost of all this. Just got them (take payments) 5 new customers, they are over the moon!

Really good service - hassle free switchover

Really good service from Andy - very personal and no hassle. Was able to save us good money, do a good comparison exercise at the office during the meeting. Also good product knowledge.

The worst experience that I have faced…

The worst experience that I have faced so far. By 15:30 the terminal has shown alert irruption, called paymentsense to ask to be replaced as quickly as possible and none was answering and got automatically transferred to Ingenico technical service where they told me that the customer service team is having a Christmas party or a meeting (still every agent says something different) . Also they said that they can’t send now a new terminal because the dpd guy is leaving at 16:00 while I had called 15 minutes earlier before to report the problem. In the end in these difficult times I’m unable to trade the busiest days (Friday, Saturday) because they are unable to deliver a terminal. Where I was also happy to drive to pick up one or rent from another restaurant and they just need to set it up . The contract also says that within 24 hours terminal replacement but everyone is explaining it in different ways so far. A total disgrace.

Update: it’s Saturday evening still a terminal hasn’t been delivered but as dpd said probably will be delivered on Sunday until 8 o’clock in the evening which makes us another day unable to trade. The 3 busiest days in hospitality industry ( Friday Saturday Sunday). A lose over £1000 because of you but none takes responsibilities.
