From the outset Robin was efficient and helpful, he has even answered the phone at 9pm when I was stuck!
Paymentsense has worked well for me and I would recommend it to anyone thinking of taking card payments.

Had trouble setting up my new terminal…

Had trouble setting up my new terminal and had to phone for help. Spoke to Ben who was very patient and talked through the set-up with me.

The customer service team are always…

The customer service team are always helpful, but the company itself is beyond useless. They have been nothing but a nightmare since I started dealing with them, them. Each time you contact them a very polite customer service member offers to help, then the next thing you know they have managed to do something else wrong. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I would not recommend this company

I would not recommend this company
i was a customer of theirs for years, until the astronomical charges got the point i was paying 10% of my income to them.
After i cancelled my account they continued to charge me for "the 30 days notice" and sent a threatening letter asking for for equipment i had already returned. Also three months after cancelation of my account I am still receiving bills\ emails for charges, I have not incurred. As a sole trader on my own, I’m feeling persecuted. If you decide to cancel your account with them, make sure you hold on to all emails, letters etc
I now use IZettle and just wish i had changed years ago, i would have saved a fortune.

Very bad company and be careful to read…

Very bad company and be careful to read in all the small print. I fell for that the fact I was told I could leave after 18 months because I am a sole trader, you can leave but for £324 plus vat! I didnt no it was a 60 month contract. If you select the 10% bad reviews on 1 star your notice a lot are the same as me. This is a con.
