I had been given some misleading information about transferring nameservers from Pickaweb to another supplier. Sam J guided me through what was needed and once he realised I was not technical was patient with me and helped me resolve my issue.
Temporary lockout lifted by Pickaweb support agent in just a few minutes. Excellent support!

Telephone support is not available. I have an issue with Outlook that they are simply not interested in resolving. Very poor support.

Pickaweb lose a star because their Sales support is not 24/7 and their definition of UK Business hours is 9-5!
The support Neil gave could easily have been provided by their technical support, but previously I have been bounced around because I contacted them 'out of hours'.

I couldn't publish the website after editing pages. I had the FTPs wrongly configured, it took Sergio just a few minutes for the chap to find and correct the issue. Well done and Thank you :-)
I have been with these guys (even when they were Servercentre.net) for over 10 years. Received an invoice that the renewal cost had DOUBLED as they had recently done an audit and my account was "upgraded" to a different package. This was NOT communicated in advance, with the invoice date being 4 working days in the future. Then the money had been automatically taken 4 hours later on THE SAME DAY leaving me with noone to query this with. Emailled support and had no response, feel the only way to get their attention is to explain here. Not happy at all with the way they treat customers accounts.
Every time I have a problem, I use live chat. They never make you feel like "you should already know this" they just help you! I've had a few problems, but they never push it under the carpet, they fix it. Special mention, they all give a great service, but Sean S, seems to give 110%.

Comedy of errors right off the bat when signing up. Signed up for a LiteSpeed server via their Litespeed hosting page because I was looking for a LiteSpeed server host and was put on an Apache server. Problem after problem the tech support although helpful were relatively ineffective and underskilled. I spent 3 days and multiple tickets trying to get up and running but decided to cut my losses and move to a new host. I so wanted Pickaweb to be good
Snails pace servers. I've now moved. Rubbish host. I can't understand why so many positive reviews when they have many poor reviews on their google places page. Fake reviews, maybe?!
