Good, fast service, and at reasonable cost.

Booked my C4 Picasso in for a diagnostic at 9am, as it was reporting multiple faults including ABS, ESR, Handbrake and other problems. They rang within an hour to give me a quote. A Citroen spare part was required but this was only available at 3pm. They rang me at 4.30pm to advise the car was ready. And the price was very reasonable. Good, fast service, and at reasonable cost.

Sold a Crashed Car “HPI clear” after…

Sold a Crashed Car “HPI clear” after numerous issues with faults on the car to be left stranded for over a week with no vehicle while being told the vehicle would be repaired under the warranty, to collect the vehicle and it be covered in damages and stinking of Canabis. After rejecting the car as only had for around 3 weeks. Garage accepted the vehicle back but won’t refund the money to the finance company due to the damages caused by the garage when in for repair!

I am beyond disappointed with my…

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with piston and rotor. They sold me a car that has been nothing but a nightmare since day one—completely unsafe and riddled with major faults that put my family and me at risk daily.

The car has now developed a severe fault, displaying a warning message “Engine Faulty – Stop the Car” before completely cutting out and bumping along uncontrollably. This happened while driving on a national speed limit road with my two-year-old in the car—a terrifying and dangerous experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

Shockingly, despite reporting this multiple times, piston and rotor has refused to collect the vehicle, even though it is clearly undrivable and unsafe. They have also failed to offer a suitable replacement, leaving me stranded with a car that is literally a hazard on the road.

To make matters worse, I’ve had to purchase four bottles of engine oil in just two months due to excessive consumption, yet they still refuse to acknowledge the severity of the issue. I have spent £120 on oil alone for a car that should never have been sold in this condition.

I expected better, but their lack of urgency, disregard for safety, and refusal to take responsibility is unacceptable. I am now forced to consider legal action just to get a resolution. If you value your safety and your family’s well-being, I would strongly advise steering clear of this company.

Saw the range rover evogue on car gurus…

Saw the range rover evogue on car gurus spoke to Dave who was very informative about the vehicle so I decided to buy without seeing it. Delivered today and to say I was impressed with the condition of the vehicle inside and out is an understatment would certainly re commend using them to anyone else

Fabulous used car sales 👌

Buying a new second car we thought it's a nightmare. Not here at Piston & Rotor Bury M/cr. the guy's were fabulous especially boldie Dave, great salesman Nothing was a problem he started car then left us to explore. The misses loved it, running around car excited there was no stress to buy right there. We felt great Dave explained some faults on car before we decided to buy. That was not on the Warrenty. Vary Honest company. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a used car. We carnt thank them enough.a five star 🌟 company it's showing 3.7 star for some reason I've actually put 5stars up?
