Very negative experience

Very negative experience. My order was refunded and cancelled without any prior notice and without giving me any reason. It was supposed to be a gift, and now I am forced to look for and buy the same product elsewhere, causing me additional inconvenience and wasting my time.
What makes it even worse is the complete lack of communication from the seller. I sent messages but received no reply or explanation at all. I find it extremely unprofessional to cancel an order and issue a refund without even informing the customer why.
