AVOID!!!! Non existent customer service. I ordered 2 months ago after being sucked in with a special offer! I have sent at least 5 emails and used their webform 3x. Zero response. I used to order my serum through Amazon but I guess they stopped supplying it because Poppy Austin weren't fulfilling their orders. This is a disgusting way to treat customers and I can only surmise that they are raking in money before possibly going under? I can think of no other reason. My bank were great and refunded me but many others are getting ripped off. The product i used is great but this company have lost my custom I'm afraid. AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you have money to burn!

I wish I’d looked on here before ordering from Poppy Austin. I placed an order 2 weeks ago for £56, I’ve heard nothing, I’ve sent two emails and no response. I’ll have to contact the bank and try to get my money back. Don’t order anything directly from this company!

Stick with Amazon & you'll have a good experience. They reached out offering a free gift after I bought the mascara on Amazon. Got the vitamin C oil.
I have a severe gluten & corn allergy. This has been the only company I trust.
Also, I just bought the vitamin C oil from Amazon. That is now a staple.
I make my own rose water toner, then put the vitamin C oil on, then mascara if I'm going somewhere. I keep my makeup minimal.
Changed to cheap package
Poppy Austen, which I had used for years, changed their packaging to a cheap (crookedly applied) sticker on the bottle rather than printing on the bottle. Looks cheap and nasty, and causes me to wonder about the actual quality of the cream. Changed to another retinol product.
Eye Cream Turns to Liquid
I have been using Poppy Austin Eye Cream for years via Amazon, buying x3 once a year at the end of November. Just used the last of my final 2021 order (April 23), went to use the first of the new set and it is like water. Tried the other 2 and they are the same. Never happened before but past the return date. The cream comes out like liquid... not cream... so thin just like water. Hopeless..

ordered my eyelash serum on Amazon and received 1 week ago. I dont think there is anything in the tube as it is completely dry??? I purchased it because it was made in Canada, but feel totally ripped off. Complete waste of money.

I suffer from severe anxiety and stress and one of the side effects of this is that my hair often falls out - specifically my eyelashes. I've tried several different eyelash serums over three years and without a doubt Poppy Austin's is the best. I have experienced no stinging or irritation as your product is gentle on my skin; unlike some other eyelash serums I have used. I've noticed that my eyelashes are definitely stronger than they were previously and I've definitely had less eyelashes falling out since I started using your product. I'm so grateful to you for this as I get very self conscious about my appearance and so your product has really helped boost my self confidence because now I not only HAVE eyelashes...but they're strong and healthy!
I am someone who cares deeply about the planet and I appreciate you taking the time to make wooden, refillable housings for your serum as this leads to less plastic I have to throw in the bin.
Overall I'm stunned by your product and I will keep buying and recommending to my colleagues and friends.
Appalling Customer Service
Have been using Poppy Austin products , purchased on amazon , for years . This time I decided to order retinol cream direct from the company on 7 April . By 19 April I had not received product so emailed asking what is going on . No response . Emailed again on 21 April , again no response . So , today I had to write saying I will involve Trading Standards . Really disgraceful wat to treat customers

Very poor service
I too ordered from this company nearly a month ago. Despite sending them 2 emails regarding the non delivery of my goods I have received no response at all. Very poor service after being a customer of theirs for a few years.
UPDATE. A few days ago I received an email from Poppy Austin advising me that my order had been cancelled and that I would be refunded. I am pleased to confirm that I have been.
Avoid! Take money and then quiet….
Same as others on here. Paid for goods in March and no delivery. No updates and not responding to my emails. Will need to approach credit card company to have money refunded and leave them to chase this awful organisation.

Wish I’d looked at Trustpilot before ordering from the website! Exactly as others have said, I used to buy their excellent retinol moisturiser from Amazon until it was suddenly unavailable. Made the stupid error of going for the attractive 18%-off for three on their website and still have no shipping confirmation or response to my email to customer service. Super irresponsible (and seemingly out of character?!) of Poppy Austin to accept money when they clearly have no intention of or are simply unable to fulfil the purchase :(
Disgusting service
Ordered/paid for product on 9/3/22-Not received anything, no response to emails/ contact on website, have requested refund-still nothing as of 6/4/22. Appalling way to treat customers- I’d been getting the product from Amazon for a couple of years with no problem, but when I last tried to order it they no longer sold the product- now I know why.
Great products, no communication, paid over £80 for nothing
Spent almost £100 on products I stupidly assumed would be shipped from UK as the products are supposedly made in Somerset .. that was 2 weeks ago. Not heard a thing, sent numerous emails, FB messages, and tried ringing a UK with no response whatsoever. There is nothing on their website saying things are delayed or they are having problems. I am going to try ringing the number on the website which is a New York number - so more expense. Appalling customer service which is a shame cos the products seem so good. Should have stuck to buying off of Amazon rather than their own website. Ridiculous. I would also like a refund but can't see that happening.
Update: After contacting Paypal and putting in a complaint, the US office got in touch and subsequently refunded the money. They suggested purchasing through Amazon in future which is weird considering the company make such a big thing about being based in Somerset, UK.

Very bad experience
Have had exactly the same experience as the last reviewer. Ordered mascara direct rather than through Amazon, emailed twice but no response and no phone number to speak to anyone. Seems to be a nice way of collecting money without supplying the goods.

Poor experience. Purely based on customer service when buying direct. Really disappointed & wish I’d stuck to going through Amazon. I ordered a mascara plus postage on 18.02.22 which came to £20. Still no delivery. I’ve messaged twice & been unable to call as it’s an Irish number which I’ve not been able to suss out to call from England. The website says ‘ And don't worry, your message won't go into the inbox abyss, never to be seen or heard from again.’ I’m kinda thinking my messages & my order might just have gone in to the abyss!
