They cancelled our booking with no notice!!
I went to Vegas with my fiancée to get married. We were staying at The Golden Nugget. Upon checking in, the front desk told us that Prestigia canceled our reservation. We had already paid Prestigia months in advance, but without warning, they canceled our hotel and kept our money. We received no warning, no notifications or updates, nothing. While in a panic, we tried to call Presigia on the phone but no one answered. I had a feeling that the cheap prices on this hotel were too good to be true, and we fell for this scam hard. It cost us more money as we had to deal straight with the hotel to get a new room. We will never use Prestigia again and will make sure our friends don't either.

Misinformation, very concerned
I was initially very satisfied with the process, making my booking. However, since then I have been contacted by Prestigia.com with regards to said booking, that the local taxes were NOT included in the package price, despite the booking clearly stating the final price was inclusive of all fees & taxes, and despite receiving confirmation at the time of booking that the payment price was inclusive of local taxes. Prestigia contacted me prior to my trip to say the local taxes were not included in the price and made out this was the fault of the hotel, however when I disputed this with the hotel, Prestigia simply responded to say the taxes were not in fact included and I must pay these directly to the hotel. Simply unsatisfactory. If the hotel is responsible for providing Prestigia with the correct information when their guests are making and paying for bookings, it makes no sense that Prestigia should back the hotel up for this misinformation provided to one of their customers. I am awaiting a response from the hotel, and i'm keen to see a change in approach from Prestigia with regards to their user having been mislead. Until then, not satisfied.

Booked through them a year in advanced for a music festival and they had the best price. 1 month before, the room was canceled and they never notified me. I just happen to call to confirm with the hotel. They keep dodging my calls and saying to call back. Terrible site. Do not use them. they steal money.

Great Deal, Easy Checkout
This was my first time using (or even hearing of) Prestigia, but I don't think it'll be my last. The site was straightforward to use, and checkout was quick and easy.
I think the only room for improvement is in the description of the rooms available. My reservation, for example, says "Food&Bev Credit per Day/Room" but there's no additional information about what that means. An example photo of each room would also be useful (though I really appreciate that the titles of each option are descriptive and match what the hotel uses as their description).

i booked through Prestigia for 8 night…
i booked through Prestigia for 8 night stay with G Hotel Kelawai in Penang with visa card to pay for the whole period(18-26 August 2019), because of the promotional price around A$154 per night. However prestigia charged my VisaCard for one night and advised that i could pay the rest in Ringgit Cash upon checking out as selected option. To my surprise, upon checking out, g hotel staff showed me the visa card global payment slip paid before i checked in authorised by prestigia (on2Aug19), purported to indicate that i agreed to pay Ringgit using my visa card! As a result of the unfavourable prestigia chosen exchange rate, my room rate became A$167.80 per night.
