Printerinks have supplied me on around half-a-dozen occasions with the (mostly black) inks for my Brother printer. Their service is quick and precise and this is aided by an easily-navigated, well-laid out website. I recommend Printerinks with confidence! Nigel, Dorset.

On their website it said this printer ink was compatible with a Kodak esp3.2s printer, but when I followed instructions and put it in, the printer recognized it wasn't a kodak cartridge and would not work. Made sure we followed all the small print instructions but still did not work. Have given it 2 stars as It did arrive quickly!

Ordered XL one colour and one black…
Ordered XL one colour and one black cartridge . Arrived after 5 days. Black cartridge failed after 3 sheet of text printing.
Printer has rejected it and can’t be used.
Will see how quickly the company can rectify the issue.

Long time waiting but payment taken without delay
Items ordered on 26 November. The cost was immediately deducted from my credit card account, then received a message saying that part of order was no longer in stock but was expected soon. Rang second week in December (20 minutes waiting to get through) to find stock still not in and more items no longer available. Cancelled order and told that it would take 10 working days to provide a refund (so why did they take the money when they had no stock - that was instantaneous). Surprised to receive the cartridges on 17 December. Noticed that one item ordered, a manufacturers cartridge which came in pairs, not a compatible one, and for which I was charged full price had been substituted for a single, compatible cartridge. Wrote on 18 December to find out why and request a refund. By 22 December still had not received a reply, still waiting. No more orders from them and no recommendations.

Hi Sapit, I am sorry to hear that your order was delayed. You did make the order over the Black Friday period and sometimes sales will out strip stock and this is advertised on our website over this period. We would have also sent an email indicating that the item was temporarily out of stock and if there was any of the order in stock this email would have provided you with the option to part ship the order. We would only send items that you have also ordered as this is done automatically by a picking slip system. If you emailed us on the 18th which was Friday it may have been after our close time as all emails had been answered before that time and the email would be answered up to 2 working days after that date. The 22nd is a Tuesday and we have just opened on customer services so you will get an answer today provided you have emailed us at contactus@printerinks.com
Took my order and money for a set of…
Took my order and money for a set of inks for my LaserWriter printer that they see will deliver within a few days as I have urgent printing requests. They then inform me days later that they can’t deliver my most important black ink but dan give me colour.
Shocking service.

I asked if I could be sure the cartridges would work on my hp printer and not be blocked from working-I was assured they would-if for any reason they did not they could be returned for a refund-fair enough.Ordered one day and arrived two days later despite the Christmas post delays-well done. Sleezey trick, very disappointed.
Still waiting for products after being told 'with you tomorrow' if ordered before 4 .Then had to call to get what products that were in stock. Waste of time and effort. After 1 week+ still waiting for paid for items.... Covid excuse #94 is now due I fear.
