Delay and Lies
Be warned, the website will advertise a 3 to 5 days delivery but actually Proleno does not have the items in stock. Proleno will confirm your order and take your money then 24 hours later will advise you of some delay. When contacting the company they will be prompt to reply but will blame Brexit! Brexit took effect on 31st January 2020, every companies I have dealt with have been able to adapt to the changes of Brexit. These days companies will tell you if they have the article "in stock" or if there is a delay BEFORE placing the order not after taking your money. This is really poor and the company does not seem to realise that they customers have deadlines certainly when it comes to building work. The company also refuse to take responsibility for their failure. It is time to stop blaming Brexit for your incompetence and to stop lying to your customers. My order was placed not the 14th February with the promise of a 3 to 5 days delivery, it is now the 9th March and we are still waiting... ORDER #200010594
