Find a different parking garage
I'm a monthly parker at one of the ProPark garage locations and I have several complaints:
1. The overnight attendant falls asleep on the job
2. The garage has overcharged me and admitted to overcharging me but hasn't refunded me the difference in over 2 months
I've reached out to ProPark HQ several times with no response. I've followed up with the parking garage manager at my location and he has made insanely little progress towards resolution.

Parking was simple, easy, and lot was clean. The employees were not very friendly, there are no signs telling you what documents you need to have ready and they acted unhappy about having a job. The gentleman that scanned my email did the parking was seriously lacking in people skills.

It was great to log on and pay. You receive a QR code to scan. Pull up to the attendant she scanned us in. Easy drive there and out. Car was locked in a gate and security guards everywhere. Best experience ever!!! Will do it again.
