The convenience is worth the price

The attendant at the front gate was friendly and helpful. I was directed right first to the luggage drop off and then to the gate. My wife and I showed our ID's and parking receipt and were waved through. It was nice to know that our car was waiting when the ship pulled in. Worth the cost vs. parking offsite and dealing with crowded shuttles, shuttle schedules, luggage handling, etc.

The parking experience went very well…

The parking experience went very well from the moment of paying online to the moment we arrived and with ease of having our QR code scanned. The directions provided were accurate, and the customer service by the attendants was professional.

Very easy to use

Very easy to use. Plenty of help to get where you need to park in Jacksonville for cruise and easy access to the ship. The shuttle also helps to get to the ship. Easy to exit with well marked exits back to highway!

Close up parking

We were concerned about leaving our vehicle for a week but came back to find our car just as we left it! Especially loved the close up parking to our Ship.

They are a cancer on the city parking

They charge you over 400+ for parking and then just because they can, they raise the price up more and hike up the transaction fee without reason. Their Emerson garage sucks, it’s designed horribly so you can barely turn. There’s nothing we can do, but absolutely trash people

Awful service, car broken.

Awful service, car broken. I booked online a monthly parking, they impose a 35% price increase after 1 month,. I pick up my car, clutch smells burnt and (manual) gears won't engage anymore. Not a word of explanation, no excuse. Nothing.

Not worth recommending

This morning I parked in the 1710 H. St. NW Washington DC parking garage. I did not have a smooth experience at this location. I was very disappointed by the initial interaction with the parking attendant at this location this morning at 7:10am. The way in which the Parking attendants were very rude and impatient in explaining the parking procedures were unnecessary. I was not aware of the process of stopping before entering the facility to retrieve a ticket to park and I was not aware of the parking garage path for parking. I simply wanted to know if the path of the parking garage would lead me downward towards more parking, should I need or want to proceed further to seek more parking. The parking attendant who tried to assist me with understanding the procedure for parking in the garage, proceeded to answer my questions very rudely and became frustrated when he believed I did not understand. I will not be a returning patron of this parking facility.

I am very disappointed in my experience. I would recommend providing a better method of new drivers to view and understand the parking garage procedure through more signage, for instance, "If you do not see a parking attendant outside, Please wait for someone to assist you before proceeding down to parking". I would also recommend providing parking attendants better ways to communicate with customers who are new to the area and also new to parking in that particular garage, through explaining best ways to enter the garage and exit.
