These guys are despicable

These guys are despicable, They knocked loudly on our door around 7.30 am, my wife who is a vulnerable ( and so am I ) went to answer it thinking it was the postman, she wrapped a towel around her but was barely dressed, The 2 guys at the proceeded to question her, they could clearly see she was inappropriately dressed and vulnerable but they carried on regardless, they were giving her paperwork and leaning in the door showing her a phone, if my wife had reached out to receive anything her towel would of fallen down leaving her completely naked, After awhile one of the guys, I think his name was Chris gave my wife permission to go and get dressed, she came upstairs in tears to tell me what was happening, I checked the Google camera at the time and heard a conversation between the two men. Chris said to the other man, who I now know to be the boss Mark Snape, he said he had to let her go and get clothes on as he could quite clearly see she was uncomfortable, to which the boss Mark Stape replied it's her own fault she should of got dressed before opening the door.
Bear in mind she is disabled and vulnerable, it would of took her a long time to get dressed, The owner of this company Mr Mark Snape thinks it is ok to interrogate a near naked and vulnerable disabled female, reducing her to tears, telling her they are going to tow her motorbility car away unless she pays in full, At this stage, I come down with my wife, Mark Snape then proceeds to shove his phone directly in front of my face, I tell him loudly to step back as he was too close, he carried on regardless, I again shouted at him to stay back, he then gave me a full tirade of abuse, shouting loudly and very aggressively that I cannot talk to him like that, I told him I was within my rights to ask him to step back, he gave me a lot more abuse and as he walked down the path he started doing lewd gestures with his hand and again whilst sat in his van, all this is on camera and I more than happy to show it on this review if I am allowed, Also my young children were watching from the window while this disgusting creature was doing his lewd hand gestures, So Mark Snape is now sat in the van leaving who I assume to be Chris at the door, Chris was calm and courteous but when I said I wanted to make a complaint about his colleague, he replied, you will be lucky mate, he's the boss, and then laughed, That's how I know the name of Mark Snape as I googled the company, I will also be putting this complaint in writing to them, but as Chris said, no point because he's the boss, I will also be sending this to Denbighshire county council, who this company were acting on behalf of, and all other relevant agencies dealing with this type of complaint, My wife has spent all morning on phone to Drs trying to get some diazapam to calm her down, and speak to someone from her mental health team.
How this company has still got a licence is beyond belief, I urge everyone who has dealt with this company makes a complaint to the relevant authorities, these people need their licence revoked or at at least not renewed,

These are liars

These are liars ! Said I was personally served last year when I was not even in that county they implied.evidence to the contrary provided to them. Since then they have given me the runaround saying they have written to the court when they haven’t. Letters and emails sent to me with no name or signature. These are charlatans and are not bothered if they lie and ruin people’s lives. Fergus lied in a ‘statement of truth’. Despicable unprofessional people with not an ounce of integrity at all.

Tactics of a distraction burglar.

An elderly relative, suffering from terminal cancer and COPD was bamboozled with a solicitor from this outfit by tricking him into missing a deadline and was then charged a whacking penalty.
I later found out through the Law Society and SRA there was no solicitor of that name even registered.
The "solicitor" tricked him into using a private mobile phone so no call was registered with the company, therefore tracks were covered.
Anyone who uses this company endorses this behaviour.

They are also keen to remove any negative reviews on Yell, which is filled with too-good-to-be-true five-star glowing testimonials all written in a short span of time from "reviewers" whose accounts have only made a single review, with at least one from the same premises they operate from. Which is contrary to consumer protection from unfair trading regulations 2008.
The same applies with their Google reviews.
