I had a hire car excess policy with Questor last year, I needed to make a claim which was handled superbly.
This years renewal was slightly cheaper than last year even though I'd made a claim .

I use Questor for Car Hire Excess Cover and found them easy to use with good notifications about renewal. Quotes are competitive.
I would have been happy to pay the same price each year (as almost all insurance goes up each year) but the loyalty bonus price reduction is really good. I feel like I am treated with respect. Will carry on!
