Recently started using RAM tracking

Recently started using RAM tracking in our vehicles and have found the system very easy to use. Few issues with Installs but quickly sorted by the team with great communication and support from Dan Ward! 👍

Excellent experience so far!

Excellent experience so far!

The online demo was very informative and we were even given a month free trial for a vehicle to see if the software would be beneficial to us.

Daniel Ward was especially helpful and was always easy to contact. His customer service was excellent!

Whilst the system when working is…

Whilst the system when working is actually very good the level of customer service this company promotes is lacking in the extreme. How any company in this day and age can still operate when they obviously put customer service so low on their priorities testifies to their ability to tie companies into contracts and leave them with no way out!

Here we are 9 hours later after you asking for my details so you can contact me and surprise I have still not heard anything. Makes me wonder who is typing your reviews and stating good customer service, how do I become one of those 'customers'?

System works well in vans so far

System works well in vans so far, 2 star review as they have contacted us to say we need to take out extra insurance to cover theft or damage to the tracker. (Odd for a system that finds your van) feels like up selling and was never mentioned on the slick sales pitch.

All good while they are taking your…

All good while they are taking your money, but falls apart when you need to make a change.
Needed to have a unit removed when sold a vehicle, made the request on-line and over a month later was told that i need to pay a large sum for the removal- information that should have been supplied at time of request.
Tracking also causing problems, tried to trace the location of a vehicle only to be told that it was in "private mode" and no info ??????
Another vehicle parked on drive of house, but showing as driving at 17mph ???????
All good to start with and have introduced other companies, only for the service to dip away

Only had to ring customer services for vehicle changes. Easy to deal with & efficient.

A simple portal with an instant link to unlimited free web based training sessions.
Training staff listen to your queries and give constructive and relevant training or suggestions.

Shocking Customer Service

Used this Company since July 2018, had numerous problems with the units, but its the Customer Service that is awful.. Takes ages to get through on the phone, so i used the pop up chat, spoke to Nathan told him the problem then he left me hanging for 15 minutes, no reply or response so i gave up, tried to call again, waited for 10 mins then was cut off.. emailed a complaint in about their lack of Customer care about 2 weeks ago, this has not be acknowledged. Yet they bang on about how excellent their customer care is when left holding for an eternity on the phone..

Customer service is shocking,system does not work correctly

Customer service is shocking, the system is slow we have had problems since signing with them over 6 months ago
some of the trackers have not worked for over a month others dont update for a day
mobile apps dont work, nobody answers emails or the phones
email alerts dont work the list is endless.
am sorry to say but this was the worst move we made, at the moment we are looking to get out of the contrate
if your business needs a tracker that works ram cannot give you this.

Not discreet

I was looking to get a fleet of vehicles fitted and they offered to fit one for free for a month.
We wanted these fitted discreetly and arranged to have it fitted at a different address.
On the day in question for whatever reason the fitter turned up at the company address and not the address arranged. This obviously was then not discreet.
Your company has lost out on a lot of money.
An apology would have been nice but there was no contact from them !

I've used Ram Tracking for over 5 years…

I've used Ram Tracking for over 5 years now and haven't found anything else that comes close. One of our other companies uses a different tracker and they were blown away when they saw the features that I have available to me.
