Safe at Last
I had to transfer some Euros from a bank in Spain to sterling in UK. At the end of a terrible and very expensive experience of banks in Spain, I was suspicious of all to do with banks. Rational Fx has restored some of my faith because they did exactly what they said they would. I would only comment that the processes around customer number and password was confusing to a non-expert in technology

I’ve been dealing with RFX now for 17…
I’ve been dealing with RFX now for 17 years and have always had great service from Milun and his colleagues. Unfortunately over the past 3 months their relationship with Lloyds has moved to J.P. Morgan who are slower to process deals. Thankfully Milun has a good customer service attitude and always sorts out any hiccups.

BAD- Monies not sent
BAD- Monies not sent - no answers from RationalFX - they have no idea and have no follow up management to customer issues - happened twice in 3 days on 2 separate transactions - appears J P Morgan which is new bank is a problem with no feedback loop
