Excellent Reimage Repair Staff

I first had contact on the phone with Mark who was very courteous and patient.
Although I did not speak to Arjay I found him to be very professional and kept me informed of the work he was undertaking.
All in all, I would say both are a credit to your company.

My subscription was running out so I…

My subscription was running out so I renewed by purchasing a package for 3 computers. During the course of the install, all 3 computers were scanned and accessed. Selecting a 1-year package the worst computer of the 3 was repaired. All went well and it was helpful to use the chat to stay abreast of the repair.

Ro was excellent

Ro was excellent. Very Patient. Answered all my questions and showed me some simple procedures t clean my computer. I greatly appreciated that.

My only complaint, which is completely unrelated to Ro, is a general complaint regarding ReImage. It took me almost a week to make contact with a technician to clean my computer. I probably made 9 or 10 calls to both 408-877-0051 and 888-579-8964. The 408 number sent me to a recording asking me for a message. I did not receive ONE single call-back. The 888 number was always busy. That was very frustrating, and I was beginning to wonder if ReImage had shut down.

Again, difficulty in contacting ReImage had nothing to do with Ro. He was excellent.
