An iMac !! from Renewed Technology Louth,

I purchased a renewed iMac !! from Renewed Technology Louth, through Wowcher for just over £200. On receipt, it was in a dirty and unkempt state. When I started up it would not enter the program, so I contacted Customer Services, who were polite and helpful asking if I wanted an exchange, due to the state of the computer on arrival I declined the offer and asked for a refund. They agreed that I should return the iMac and sent a return label. Hermes collected the computer on the 24th of August. I waited a few days, then checked online. Where I noted that they had tried to deliver on two occasions and no one was available to accept the boxed computer. I then contacted customer services who had the audacity suggested to suggest that I never sent it, I then sent copies of the return receipt which they suggested were not genuine. After sending they still refused to accept it. Insinuating I was lying. This is the same treatment as mentioned in previous reviews, Being elderly and can ill afford to lose this money. I strongly advise others to be careful

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They advertise refurbished electronics on Wowcher (NO idea why Wowcher don't do background checks!).
I bought a refurbished iMac which had a hardware fault as soon as I turned it on - when I've tried to contact the Merchant, I have had no response... I tried their web chat (nothing), the 'customer support' email, (nothing)... only now are Wowcher getting involved - but it is still radio silence from the Merchant. I'm still waiting.
Even their website is amateur (with placeholder text where their company info should be...). Shocking experience.
