No help after the rental is finished

The car we've booked was not available at the rental company,
And the only car they did have were 2 classes bigger than the one we've ordered,
And was not suitable for where we were driving, because it was too big.
Although it was during day time, Most of RentalCarGroups phone numbers were unanswered, or been hung-up by them after 20 minutes of waiting.
After trying over an hour to contact them, while waiting in the rain at the airport, with my pregnant partner,
I've finally managed to get an answer.
I've been told that they are sorry, that there is nothing they can do, and that they would refund me instantly and I should receive a call within 30 minutes notifying me of the refund.
After not receiving a call from them, I've called them again.
I've been told that I should receive a refund after 60 more minutes,
The day after, I've called again, and I've been told that 'tomorrow' I should receive the refund for the service the didn't provide.
It had been over a month now, and each call I'm been told that I should receive the refund 'tomorrow'.
By now, they've already charged me for the car rental plus full coverage insurance for the car they didn't provide me,
and still tell me that I should get the refund 'tomorrow'.
I could only think what is their support and help for someone who actually do need to apply their insurance.
They are a fraudulent company.

I have booked a car (for 50 euro/7 days) and paid the extra insurance (56 euro) and when I have reached Tenerife they asked for 800 euro deposit from my credit card, although it was not stated anywhere this, when the car was booked. Since I did not have this amount on the credit card, they did not rent the car for the price that I have booked and the price that was on the website, but instead I had to pay 146 euro for the car which was supposed to be 50 euro. Plus another 100 euro guarantee, plus another 50 euro insurance, although I have already paid for an insurance.
This is a scam!!!

Very easy to book, amazing Price
They delivered my car rent "unwashed" and on delivery they claimed 2 minor scratches that pre-existed on front/rear bumper (Could easily be fixed with a scratch remove marker for $5) and withheld 500eur from my card. (booked a Surprice car rental)

Nice company! But you have always to fill in your details. You don't automatically log-in. This is a big disadvantage.

I have booked the car using Rental Car Group for my business trip to Sandefjord, Norway.
They specifically stated that the deposit was paid:
“ With this letter we would like to inform you that we have successfully charged your credit card for the deposit of your car rental in Sandefjord Torp Airport.”
However, upon arrival to Sixt (the car company the car was supposed to be rented from), they didnt have any clue on that and I had to pay the deposit and the rent of the car, as well as insurance which was needed in order to reduce the deposit size x4 times.
I completely not recommend using Rental Car Group for their misuse and misleading information. Thats absolutely no added value and next time I will go directly to car rental company as subsidaries like Rental Car Group are worthless and does not give any additional value.
I booked a vehicle through the site and it was not excellent that I could not rent if I was a new driver.
And when I got to rent the car I couldn't get it and I was just charged for the reservation.
Fast process, clear conditions
I booked a car with a Full collision damage waiver. The site does not mention that this cost is going to be immediately charged on my card. The confirmation I receieve does not show that I paid for it- so if somethinghappens to the car I will need to get into bureacratic discussions with Rentalcargroup.com and the local car rental company as well. I want a separate confirmation to avoid this.
I have used the services of the company many times already, excellent service, always in touch, clean Machines, very competent and customer-oriented managers.
Easy, fast and good price.
This site catches you with attrative prices but when you go te recover the car you must add o lot of things.For ex extracosts if you have more than 70,benzin cost etc.
The full/empty policy for the benzin isn't very fair.They charge you the full tank at a price over the basic price in a benzin station.and you recover nothing even if the tank is almost full.
In addition they haven't a commercial attitiude,if necessary.In my case I was obliged to gave back tha car the day after the rental day.I asked me to refund,just the benzin because I didn't used the car.They refused.
It is the first and tha last time I used this site.
Be carefull.I don't recommend this system to rent a car.
