I am shocked by the negative reviews!

I am shocked by the negative reviews! I want to leave a comment because I've truly had good experiences! I've ordered from Roolee 4 or 5 times over the last year. Probably 6 or 7 items. No problems at all. All came quickly and I'm in Canada. I’ve found the quality of my purchases to be quite good. I had two dresses taken in at the waist, but that was just a preference (the dresses were babydoll style, which I knew, but I don't find that look flattering on me so I just take it in at the waist to suit me). I returned one dress simply because it didn't suit me. The return shipping cost was unfortunate, but hey, this isn't H&M or Forever 21.

DONT DO IT!!

Same old story it seems. Bought a lovely coat- absolutely adored it- literally fell apart after 2 weeks of wear. Customer service offered like 20% credit or some b.s. - even with photos of the appalling craftsmanship. I leave a bad review on the coat every week or so. It never gets published! #scam

No quality here- save your money

Got a grab bag and there’s nothing quality in here. Might keep one piece. Seams are already fraying (without even washing or wearing it), cut is awkward (dress literally comes to a point on the hips), and zippers get stuck because they’re so incredibly cheap.
Never again.

Never shopping here again

Never shopping here again. Today was the final straw. If you arent 6ft tall and 100lbs the clothes will NOT look good on you I am 5ft 1 and 120lbs and I have ordered so much from them, and have had to return almost all of it. Also their return policy sucks and you have to pay return shipping. Total BS. Hate this place.

I had a terrible experience

I had a terrible experience with my order. The quality of the product and the sizing are falsely advertised, and there are many items not eligible for returns or exchanges. I will never buy from this company again.

Unhelpful customer service/strict return & exchange policy

I've had Roolee on my Instagram account and while their clothes are very cute their customer service is unworkable. I ordered items at Christmas time. One was a dress for myself which took over 2 weeks and it didn't arrive for the event I planned to wear it at. When it did arrive it didn't fit right. After the holidays I went to return it and found out they have a strict 30 day return policy. They give some extra time at holidays. Beings I couldn't return it, I thought I'd just exchange it but that also allows only 30 days. I went back and forth in emails. They were unbendable no matter how many times I went back and forth. They wouldn't even give me a credit for the dress. I would have had to pay return shipping so they would not have been put out of anything. They got my money and I have a dress that I'll never be able to wear and they don't care. I thought building a customer base would be important but apparently not. It's ironic how they give you 30 days to return but they can take over 1/2 of that time to get the package to you in the first place. I was really excited that I found a little unique style boutique online to order from but I would highly discourage it bc if you have to return anything you'll probably be stuck with it!

Terrible Customer Service and product. Will never order from them again.

I ordered the Gaby Boots for ~$100 from Roolee on January 2. They were supposed to be delivered in 7-10 business days, and after 10 days and not even receiving a message that said they had shipped, I sent them an email asking for the status. They informed me that they were backed up in orders, which I understand but it was still frustrating. My boots did not arrive until January 18, so I was already annoyed. I wore the boots two times, and the third time I went to put them on, the little leather loop that is used to pull the boots up onto your foot snapped right off. I was shocked given how much I paid for these boots, but I figured a good company would either refund my money or send me another pair so I didn't think to sweat it. I sent them an email with a photo attached of the damage and they essentially responded with "sorry! there's nothing we can do. here's a 20% off coupon!" I am extremely disappointed and will never order from them again. I posted about this on social media as well and had many responses from people saying they had similar or the same experiences with Roolee Customer Service. Absolutely terrible.

Very poor quality items!!

Very poor quality items and customer service is lacking!!! Items are almost always defective and very difficult to return due to unrealistic time limit on returns.....and be prepared to pay return shipping if you order online.

Misleading Product Descriptions

I ordered a dress in the color "White Smoke" for my bridal shower. The pictures looked pretty white online and the color swatch bubble was bright white. It got to me labeled "light khaki" in a beige color (both the lace on top and the underlay) and so I returned, but when I did the return, they didn't even offer the full price of the dress (which wasn't bought on sale). I emailed them and asked if I could be refunded the entire amount, minus the shipping insurance I purchased for $1.15 as I was sent the wrong product, and the customer service representative said no, and said the White Smoke and Light Khaki "refer to the same product" and that light khaki was only in reference to the underlay, not the lace, and that they don't pay for returns! I sent a picture back where you could clearly see that nothing on the dress was white or even cream/ivory, like the website led me to believe, and that I wouldn't shop with them in the future as it's not the customer's responsibility to pay for a return when they were sent a product that was not what was described online. They responded with a vague "we value our customer's opinions!" email and no solution. Shop somewhere else, Clad & Cloth has a similar style but cuter and no shady customer service.

So far, a positive experience all around!

My experience with Roolee has been positive, so far. My order came promptly and items were nicer than I expected. After a bad experience with Floryday, I've been retiscent to order from companies I'm not familiar with. I made several returns due to size issues and I found their online return process easy to use and certainly more advanced than most companies and on par with Amazon. I am surprised at seeing so many negative reports. The only reason I'm taking off a star is because of the inconsistency in sizing.

I love this boutique! They’ve always been incredibly helpful and kind with returns, cancellations, or exchanges. I love their dresses and shoes. Highly recommend, especially for the nursing momma!

Horrible customer service and return…

Horrible customer service and return policy. Buyer beware!! I tried to return a $80 pair of boots that didn't fit and were horrible quality. The first return label did not work so I requested a new one. Got it, only to get an email that said my return was canceled. Customer service was no help. Don't buy from them!

Website is easy to use and well…

Website is easy to use and well organized. Checkout was super simple, overall impressed. I bought a pair of shoes for my wife. I am hoping after a few months we will have a better idea of quality. Will udpate my review then.

Sizes are WAY off and items are cheap!

We found this website from Pinterest. Their clothes look so cute and bohemian, which is totally our style. I was excited until we received our items. They look cheap and the sizes are SO OFF! I wear a L and my wife a XXL. Her items were way too tight so I tried them on and the fit me. Unfortunately since the were Black Friday deals all sales were final and therefor, NONREFUNDABLE! We couldn’t even exchange them. Crazy! We feel like we were totally scammed!

Their clothing looks so beautiful on…

Their clothing looks so beautiful on their website but it is HORRIBLE quality and their customer service is equally awful. I've purchased 3 dresses from there for 50+ dollars, all of which were made from flimsy and cheap fabric (mostly polyester). Dresses like these from China are not worth that price. The straw that broke the camel's back however, was their useless customer service and dodgy return policy. I received a dress that was no where near the measurements they listed on their website (another indication that it's china cheapie crap). They wanted me to pay a whopping $13 to return a dress that weighed less than a pound... despite the fact that their descriptions are incorrect. Honestly, avoid at all cost. I used to recommend them to my friends but I will definitely warn people from now on. Sorry! When you skimp out on customer service, you lose customers.

WORST customer service!

DO NOT purchase from their online store!!!!!!! I’m literally disgusted with their customer service. I was just speaking to a manager about my situation and she literally said “ok well I need to go because there are other people waiting” ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?

I made a purchase on Saturday morning, then I received a email on Saturday at 6:53pm stating my order was on its way, the email was from Roolee, it contained my tracking number for UPS and everything. Well thankfully I checked it this morning (Monday) because it won’t be here until Wednesday because it didn’t in fact go out Saturday like the email stated. I needed this outfit for my husbands homecoming from a 9 month deployment that is on Wednesday....my order won’t be here until Wednesday night, and I paid for expedited shipping.

I asked if they would cover the cost of next day delivery if I bought the same items again right now and she said “no we only give codes for normal shipping”, but yet will cover the cost of a return label for me to send the items back. I will absolutely NEVER shop from them again, what manager says they need to go because people are waiting....way to really take care of your customers Roolee.

Update: Due to me speaking in regards to my situation they blocked me on social media, so that goes to show that they want everyone to think they are phenomenal but what people don’t see are all the negative experiences because clearly they block people and try to shut them up. Way to go Roolee!

So unimpressed with this brand

So unimpressed with this brand. Beware you will spend a lot of money for low quality clothing. Recently ordered a bunch of clothing from Roolee most of which I actually liked. A few pieces that weren’t specific to their brand seemed rather cheap to me but oh well. My problem was with a dress I ordered that I got on sale but originally they were trying to sell for $42. I wore the dress and washed it ONE time and found a giant hole in the side so I’ll never be able to wear it again. I emailed customer service to which they responded they would issue a gift card for 20% of the price of the dress which was $4. Sorry not interested in purchasing anything from this shop in the future. If you are going to sell low quality clothes at such an expensive price, at least back your brand up when people have issues.

Customer service is TERRIBLE and…

Customer service is TERRIBLE and DISHONEST. Bought a shirt about two months ago, washed it once according to directions on the tag, and it shrunk so much it is now unwearable. When I went to the store to return it, they said there was nothing they could do because it was past the 60 day return policy. I argued that the item they sold me was defective, but they refused to help. Why waste the money on clothes that you can only wear before you wash them, to then not be helped in the store or by customer service over the phone. I definitely call selling items that are defective unethical and dishonest.

Awful

Awful! I purchased an item 10 days ago with still no shipping confirmation. I was told every time the item would ship the following day with that day coming and still no shipping confirmation. I then offered FREE SHIPPING! Like come on all I want are my items! Do not order from this company!
