Not a good experience

Ordered on July 30th, didn't receive the shirt until August 29th. I'm a size 14. Ordered an XXL, which is typically size 16 or 18, just in case it ran a little small, but the shirt is like size 12 -- I can barely even fit my arms in the sleeves, and it's also very short like it was made for someone less than 5 feet tall. I can see from other reviews how much trouble people have with returns, so I'm not going to bother with it. But overall will not buy from them again

I ordered shoes from Roselinlin

I ordered shoes from Roselinlin. Three of the pairs I have tried to return for refund. I have been given every excuse you can imagine. They even offered me 40% back and keep shoes. I said no as the shoes were useless because they were to big. I then got a refund of 40% and I sent email back saying I have refused the offer. They wrote back and said they misunderstood the word no and told me they would send me address to ship it to and then will refund me. As you can guess after back and forth for weeks I know longer hear from them. I use to love their clothes but if a company doesn't stand behind their word their worthless. Never again will I order from them.

My new favorite summer one piece 🛍️

I ordered a playsuit and or jumpsuit and liked the concept a lot, but the bodice was a little bit short(xl).So I ordered it again in a larger size (xxl) and different color. The legs were longer than expected and I was happy about that too! It was just what I was looking for . Thanks 😊

Dissatisfaction

So far, I am dissatisfied with how long it is taking to receive this order of 3 items. I receive no satisfaction when trying to track my order, being asked repeatedly for the same information. Then, I am charged $ to get a reply! Which I refuse to pay! Please consider how poorly you develop long lasting customers. I shop a lot. I will do business with other companies if this is how you treat your customers.

Don't order from these people

If you value your money and time, please do not order from Roselinlin. I waited nearly a month to get 4 items, only one of which was wearable. I was looking forward to wearing the green blouse with flowers to a family event. The picture on the website showed them to be embroidered. Instead the flowers were part of the cheap looking fabric. The linen pants certainly were not linen and the fabric on a knit top was almost thin enough to read through. I've had much better luck with Stylewe and Chicwish. Their items cost more, but at least you can wear them.
