This company is on the ball, I have my doubts about sending flowers to Russia. But they were great kept me inform very step of the way.; and delivered on time I would highly recommend this company and will use them again

I have a girlfriend in Russia, and I wanted to send her a special set of gifts from the USA for Valentine's Day. I searched Web and saw the best Reviews were for Russian Flora.. I contacted them and they were extremely helpful in gift selection, using the correct name of my girlfriend (Russian names can be confusing) and making sure the gifts arrived on time. My girlfriend was extremely please, I was happy and I would definitely chose Russian Flora again. The red roses were fresh, the candy wonderful and the Teddy bear cute. Thank You Russian Flora.

You were adorable to provide a photo immediately justifying your tremendous work! You are super professional and that is TOP! Give flowers very nice, good quality, more than 3800 kms away! The order was delivered on time, far outside of the city. The product (flowers and cake) were great quality. Delivery person was very polite and professional. It made my mom's Birthday very special.

My friend in Russia as been unwell , I know how much Daria Loves flowers when Daria messaged me on Saturday morning to say again she was unwell, I decided to send her some flowers using the most reliable company I have come across, and again they delivered the Flowers on Sunday Morning, Daria sent me some pictures of her after receiving flowers and Daria such a great smile on her face and told me they were making her very happy and they would make her feel much better, seeing the smile on her face was fantastic. This is the first time we have sent flowers to our friends in Russia. I found Russianflora on-line and took a chance. The best chance I have taken in a long time. The service was great. I received an email almost instantly from an individual with questions about my request for delivery and explained about possible delays. There were no delays and receiving an email with a picture of my friend receiving the bouquet of flowers really topped off the experience. Now let me talk about price: I have sent flowers to my family here in the USA and it has cost me at least what my order came to, and without the extras, the card and the email. Felt a bit apprehensive using the website (you never know these days) but I got emails almost immediately so I knew people were on the job. Everything delivered on the day it should have been and I'm in the girl's good books. May be a tad expensive but as they say - you don't get owt for nowt!
