I had ordered flowers from Russianflora about 3 or 4 times. They have always delivered the flowers with no problem, and their support staff is very helpful and quick to respond questions. On the day of delivery they went to great lengths to contact my lady friend to arrange the details of delivery. In all a satisfying buying experience.

Order placed on Thursday morning for an urgent delivery in Moscow. Order delivered the day after late morning. The products and flowers delivered are accurate with the pictures. The staff is proactive and helpful. Very good job you guys !

I used this company to send a gift basket to a friend staying long-term at a hotel in Switzerland. (I am in the United States.) I did some searching of similar companies online and went with them because of the large variety of options available. Customers have the ability to create their own baskets, go with one of MANY pre-made designs (covering all price points), or give the basket-makers guidelines and have one created for your particular situation. I went with the third option. I also really appreciated knowing that no delivery or customs fees would be charged of the recipient once it was delivered. Customer service, also, was excellent. Especially using the online chat feature. I highly recommend!

I love these guys! I'm on my third order now, such great customer service! They can chat, call, send messages, email, and seriously immediate responses. Amazing!! And so freakn friendly! They have a lovely extravagant selection, it takes forever to choose lol I'm picky so sometimes it takes a couple days to narrow down my choice haha. One thing I'd like to see is maybe a choice of a basket or something with a collection of 1-2 exotic fruits, great little flower arrangement, plus treats such as nuts, chocolates and cheese... I know it's kind of weird combination but it would be cool. But they literally have everything else, endless awesome selection.
