Nancy, Katherine, Natalie, Margaret and all of the team there are so professional and helpful, and make international floral delivery so easy for me. The flowers have been absolutely gorgeous on every occasion! The personalized attention my orders have received has been beyond compare, and they have gone over and above on every delivery! So I ordered some floweres to be deliver d to my fiancée who is in Kazakhstan. I made the order all the way from Korea and they were able to deliver on time! I've had trouble finding reliable delivery services in KZ and Russian floral met my expectations! I'm so excited. They were quick to respond to my worries also. Talk about customer service!

Asked for a delivery to as Far East in Russia as you can get. Delivered next day and they were beautiful.

I am a French man loving an Uzbek woman and as nobody is perfect, I live in Saudi Arabia. Despite this little bit complicated situation, I could, with Russianflora, send flowers for her birthday. Despite an approximate address (given by myself), some phone calls later the service was excellent. I'm sure of what I say because I saw the delivery in direct live during video call. Then happiness was really invited.

Here is what happened. I needed to send a Woman's Day gift to my friend in Russia. I chose to call in the order rather then online.

The order taker was very helpful and courteous. When I placed the order I received a verification email. Russianflora then called the receiver in Russia to make sure they would be there to receive the gift.

The gift was successfully received. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

RussianFlora.com have again provided me with the means to send gifts to my loved ones in Russia and show my family and in Particular my wife of the love I have for her. RussianFlora.com were so prompt in their responses to my order and the many questions I posed to them and quite accomdating in all aspects of the order right up until delivery. customer service is excellent. anytime i had a question prior to placing my order with them, they were quick and concise with their responses.
placing the order itself was very easy.
but most important of all to me was that the item delivered to my girl friend made her very happy. everything in the basket was of good quality. i could not have asked for anything better from a florist locally.

I have been a customer of this business for about 2 years. I have sent many flowers, gift baskets, and candies to friends in several areas of the former Soviet Union. Russian Flora has always delivered on time and the arrangement have been equal to or better than what was shown on the web. My friends have been happy with both the gifts and the service. I have tried 2 other services and the quality of the product has not approached that from the florist used by Russian Flora.

This company, by far, has the best customer service I have ever had the please to deal with. If you have a question they will answer it quickly. I have ordered from them twice and both times was a pleasure. Even when I ordered a day before I wanted it delivered and they said it may not be delivered on that day it was. I will defiantly use them again. The online support chat is great and they are always very friendly. Overall a GREAT company to do business with.
