Useless unprofessional company. I have phoned 4 times over the course of 2 days for a quote on a lasting power of attorney and several wills. Not 1 call back despite being promised the manager will call me. I only want a quote anyway their loss. AVOID
My experience with Sanders Witherspoon has been extremely disappointing. After paying for a Deed of Trust, I’ve spent months chasing a completion and getting very little response. Communication has been virtually non-existent. In my opinion, this level of service falls far below what anyone should expect from a professional firm. I would strongly urge others to think carefully before instructing them.
