the worst experience ever

the worst experience ever. My mother send a parcel for my daughter on the 12th of June. been told that the delivery shouldn't take more than 5 working days (Italy to England). today is 26th of June and the parcel tracking details are saying that from the 16th of June the parcel is in the Germany. I've send 8 emails -no reply.
now my mother is trying to get the parcel back to the Italy.
shame on you SDA!!!!!! this company should be closed asap!!

On their website

On their website, you can no longer change the delivery time (from morning to afternoon or vice versa, which they never respected anyway, but I digress). The interface allows you to see almost no info (they don't even show which address they are attempting to deliver to) and it is impossible to contact them.

This time, for 7 days (!), the website has said "missed delivery due to incomplete address." But since the site doesn't show the address, I can't even confirm or deny that this is true. They continue to "attempt to deliver" the package at around 6am every morning. They have my phone number, and yet have never attempted to call.

Other examples:
The delivery man has, on more than one occasion, stayed in his van and made me come into the middle of the street to take the package from him through his window.

Another time, the driver did call me when I didn't answer the doorbell, and that was because I had requested delivery in the afternoon, which he ignored and attempted to deliver the package in the morning. He yelled at me on the phone for not being home.

On another occasion when I missed the delivery, I found, by chance, the delivery attempt slip in the middle of the street (the delivery person had clearly not made an attempt to put the slip in my mailbox--he probably threw it out the window as he had been doing with my packages).

Worst company ever.

Whether you have to send something or receive a package, never expect anything from this company who has an inexistent attention to the customers. Everything simply does not work. From their call center (5 minutes through the automatic voice to let it make me comunicate with an operator, then 20 minutes of useless waiting because no-one replied).
It's been 2 days that I'm waiting for them to pick up my urgent package and no one showed up yet.
I did have to wait also one week of delay for another package I shipped months ago.
If I could have put 0 stars, I would have done it.
Seriously i've never experienced such bad service by a courier company.

Terrible service and hard to contact

Tracking information shows that my package was undelivered because there was no one home to receive it. There were 3 family members in, a dog which barks when there is someone at the door, and a doorbell which notifies an amazon Alexa on every floor that someone is at the door. They clearly lied on the tracking information and I bet they didn't even leave whatever depot my parcel was being kept at. Not only that but they didn't even leave a notice in the mail box and everything is in Italian (tracking, website, etc) so I don't even know who to contact. I finally found out the courier (sda) from my sender and it says on the website that I need to tell them online when I'm going to be home so that they can try to redeliver BUT it also says that this service is only available in Italy????

Che tipo organizzazione MENTE ai suoi clienti? SDA / What kind of organization LIES to its customers!? SDA!
Siamo tutti costretti a stare a casa aspettando pacchi che non arrivano mai, e ci indicate "mancata consegna per destinatario assente" un giorno, poi "mancata consegna per dati incompleti" un' altro giorno. Mi dispiace ma come azienda meritate fallimento.

All of Italy is at home, and your tracking indicates delivery not possible recipient absent, or there are details missing....
These are LIES! Sorry but your company deserves to go bankrupt.

Awful service

The guy yelled at my mother in the middle of the street because she didn’t have the exact change. Completely unacceptable, especially since we’re in quarantine.

Package Returned to the wrong adres, no English support.

Called them for a package that is returned to a wrong adres.
After reading the following message.

Apparently no one knows english there.
The only thing he said I could understand was byby.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

If you can avoid using this company AVOID it!! When you order off Amazon and they use this courier service do not expect your package to arrive.... If they cannot be bothered to deliver your package they will simply not deliver and put your address in as incorrect. Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE!

terrible shipping company.

They didn't even bother to come to my house to deliver, or call my phone to fix an appointment, they just marked the receiver unavailable and shipped the package back to the sender.

The worst delivery company by far!

The worst delivery company by far! When it comes to custom service literally there is NO one. At least in Italy. It is NOT possible to contact anyone by Skype, by phone and by email. You can try but you will never manage. Of course on social media they do not provide something as a customer service. My parcel is wandering who knows where and I (or the Dutch company who sent the parcel) cannot contact them!
They provide the telephone number which is not in use since 1st of November, then you have to listen italian voice that 'guides' you through 'real number' and when you call that number there is just a robot, you cannot contact anyone, and when you try to put the parcel number they said that is not valid or something like that. Then, I tried to call them by Skype but no luck either. I have then sent two emails and still no answer. This company should be closed down by the law! In the 21st century the companies should not do this and this should be regulate by law especially in cases when you cannot choose which delivery company you want to deliver your parcel.

Unreliable and untrustworthy.

I have never experienced such bad behaviour from a courier where he refuses to come to the door to deliver your goods instead he dumps the box at the gate in the pouring rain and doesnt even bother to ring the bell to say the delivery had arrived. Then he forges my name and stupidly spells it incorrectly saying he had delivered the parcel. How dumb can one get? In any case I certainly will never use them nor would I buy from anyone who uses them as their courier

they do not even have a geographical telephone number line

instead their telephone number with a special area code 199, costs a lot of euros per minute

in other words
sda wants to make a profit with their expensive telephone line

but not
