They DO NOT DO the service I am paying for, I do NOT know where my parcels are although I should have received them last Friday, They do NOT have a customer service email either telephone. All the numbers do NOT work and nobody reply to the emails. Nothing worst than them, they should NOT be in the market! Embarrassing...

Broken products that were almost stolen from their workers

Impossible to find anyone to help you. My items were damged on arrival. I never signed for package either, someone just left it at my door. When I inquired with shipper of broken items and showed pictures, he said he shipped in a completely different box with a lot of packaging. There was no packaging in the box I received. So, my items were taken out by one of their workers and then they decided it wasn't valuable enough for them to steal to pay for their meth habit and then just threw in another box without a legible shipping label on it. What a joke! Its impossible to get help either!

Stay away from this company!!!!!

Worst company ever sent a parcel from sardinia Italy on 6th of May 2019 and after numerous calls from the sender to the company they kept saying it will be with us tomorrow and then it was Friday and so on eventually 2 weeks ago we said send it back and that we thought was the end but for some reason they then finally yesterday 24.06.19 they delivered it to me what a joke of a company the package was damaged luckily the items inside where OK but stay away from this company worst courier I have ever used.

Worst service ever!

The most ludicrous courier company I've ever experienced. Package was sent 2/05/2019 by audioloop.it and it still hasn't arrived! Trying to get in touch with SDA is a joke, no known phone number, ridiculous replies to emails requesting I fill in a form on their website, which I have done several times and still no response. Track and Trace is also ridiculous, unclear bad English, one minute it's being delivered the next it's back at the depot, I was at home the whole time and nobody rang the doorbell or left a note/card! I'm still not getting any clear answers as to where my package is or how to get it. Beginning to think they're a scam together with audioloop.it. No idea what to do next,
looks like I've just lost €180... :(

This company is just disgusting

This company is just disgusting.
Do never trust them.
Nearly impossible to talk to customer service and totally useless if by mistake they answer the phone.
After a missed delivery they left a note with no phone number or any kind of information regarding where the package would be taken.
We found out it was taken to another town, 40km away. They pretend they try to deliver the parcel every day around 5am, as if.
Finally got to talk to some liar on the phone, she ensured they would deliver the package on the next Wednesday after 3
1pm. Wednesday nothing.
Thursday the package has been sent back to Australia, where it came from.
Waste of money, time, energy and overall a stressful experience.
I would pay double costs rather then having to deal with these people

SDA are god awful

SDA are god awful. We've been waiting for over a week to receive our parcel and although we can supposedly track it, each morning it's claimed we're absent/not available before the day has even begun. Customer service via the Skype English speaking rep is permanently offline. Each time I email, I am thanked for helping them make their service better but am offered no solution. Why anyone uses them is beyond me, given their record. I've never known any business to have such a poor reputation and still exist.

.I have worked with couriers via a mailbox office in Foligno Italy. A package posted to Verona, Italy on March 18/2019 was not delivered by SDA, the courier claiming that there was nosuch address, couldn't be found etc...Easy for the delivery man to tick it off and send it back.I lost my part in a national art exhibition.
Books ordered are also not delivered to my address , but are left at the tobacco shop in town.
these would be my very bad experience with SDA. In future I'll make sure never to use them again. They don't even deserve one star in this rating.

Is it stolen?
or is it "che mi ni frega"?

their reply, minutes later:
"Dear Customer,
We inform you that due to an operational slowdown, delays may occur in the execution of the collection and delivery service.

We are sorry for any inconvenience independent of our will.
Kind regards"
"che mi ni frega" is "who cares?"

I would give 0 if I could

I would give 0 if I could. Or even less than 0. They have lost my parcels from Amazon and the customer service is just a joke and a bunch of liars. They don't help at all, they just send you funny emails asking you either to fill in another and another form, or to click another link. Basically the customer service is just to inform you that they can not do anything and our dear customer, be nice and find your parcel on your own. Totally embarrassing company.

Company is a absolute joke , they pretend to deliver and say that you was not in and say they left a calling card , tracking is a joke, , and their is no way of contact or communication, on there web page they direct you to a help email , but they won’t tell you anything?? They also offer a Skype chat , that doesn’t work, so basically you have no idea of when or if your parcel will be delivered, I will never bye anything from anyone that uses SDA as a delivery service , plus it has nothing but bad reviews

Awful, late deliveries with no updates and refused communication.

So far I've been waiting over 2 weeks since ordering something off amazon, it's about a week later than the latest estimate. It's over the initial "delayed" window from amazon now too.

Emailed them through the website, basically said they had no tracking information on the package and I should contact amazon.

There have been no updates to the status since it was shipped.

Awful service, awful communication, will never be using again. Literally so bad I'll privately send money to sellers before shipping to use a different courier.

Rude and Unreliable

Dont deliver when they say they will. Unlike the other reviewer, we made contact with SDA by phone but they were rude. They spoke as if it was insulting them that we enquired where our delivery was when it was late.

When it arrived the delivery guy was uncommunicative to point of being rude too. Also, he claimed without any evidence that he had called us that day. We had been in our neighbours apartment. He claims he came, called my wife's mobile and left. We had no missed call. Neither did he show us evidence of his attempted call. He stared at his phone for a few moments then shrugged us off. Absurd.

We hope we never have to deal with them again.

Worst courier ever

Impossible to contact them via phone.
Wrong messages in their website (they say they deliver on a specific day, they dont).
Still waiting my order (6 days passed from the beginning of the shipment).

Horrible experience

Maybe I'm losting my time while I'm writing this... Anyway, I sent a pack to my italian friend from the US with the high priority mail and it arrived from NY to Milan in 2 days. After this, it went from Milan to Naples and after this the catastrophe! Seems like the delivery guys of SDA are bored to work or something like this and they employed 5 days for deliver the pack! It arrived to Naples on (Monday) and delivered on Friday with the excuse "address incorrect" while after 5 days they deliver it at the same address. I hope my packages won't arrive in your hands in the future, otherwise I do first to come in Naples and send it personally.
Greets from New Jersey, where the delivery guys work also on the Sunday morning! ^_^

In consegna for a shipping in France …

In consegna for a shipping in France and no easy way to solve the problem... The French postal service has no news of my parcel which is somewhere blocked by SDA waiting for a "svincolo" (???) though they have my address and everything and the only thing they have to do is give the parcel to the French postal service.
